We are a local familly and we really enjoy meeting and working with a lot of different people. We are known for being great listeners and clear communicators. We speak fluent english and can help you finding information about things to do around or local buses routes and schedules. We also rent motorbikes to explore the city or to go to the wonderful Ban Gioc waterfalls. Ly is a very good cook too
I rented a bike for 7 days and will definitely use them again next time. From the initial enquiries about the bikes and rental, communication was very good and fast on FB. They are happy to open early for early bus arrivals in the city which was good. A friendly, easy-going and well organised team. The bikes are all pretty new, clean and well maintained. As I was riding for 7 days they sent the bike for a service which was good, and reassuring. The small shops renting out bikes for a day may be ok for around the city, but for anything outside it is recommended to get a reliable bike from here. They were helpful with attaching a luggage rack and providing local advice. I rented a Honda Future 125cc bike which provided a bit more power for the hills and has strong headlights at night. On the last day I ended up staying on their Cao Bang Eco Homestay at the same location which was clean, quiet and convenient. They even run a nice little cafe in the town which I went to several times. The bonus was the first pickup point for the bus back to Hanoi is nearby in the next street so you don't need don't need to go to the bus station.

We were lucky to go here as part of a small organised tour and did not encounter too many other tourists. We took a boat up to the falls and close to the border, but that isn't really necessary. A lovely location and worth the long journey.

An amazing cave that has all the qualities of a first class cave. Easy walk and plenty of lighting. If your tall there are some very low ceilings and you may have to crawl. Some very good picture opportunities.
Ban Gioc Adventure explores the history, cracks and crevices, side streets, and the hidden values of locals and everything around that can't be experienced in a big group. Touring with us means preparing, and communicating with us beforehand so you can maximize your experience as well as manage your expectations. We hope you'll leave with good memories, great photos, interesting knowledge.
