The Tivoli Club is a return to the days of vaudeville, when the cinema wasn't much fun and television hadn't been invented. Vaudeville had a lot more variety than 'the flicks' and comedians were the stars of the show. The Tivoli is a return to the good old days, when the best entertainment was live

This is one of the best playgrounds around especially when you take its prime location into consideration. Situated on a hill it has magnificent views to the river as well as fantastic play equipment for small kids. I find that the older kids usually make their way down to the river bank below to have more grown up fun. The area has a large grassed area where families can picnic and watch their kids or even join in the fun. I used to come here regularly many years ago and it was always well maintained. Due to our children being too old now we only just visited it again, recently. It still appears well maintained looks the same as we rembered it. Other peoples children and families are still enjoying the equipment and what the park has to offer.

The iconic Canning Bridge is made of Western Australian (WA) timber that is legendary for its hardiness -- jarrah, wandoo and the mighty karri. Jarrah is still in demand in the UK for its toughness. The bridge is still the main route between the capital of WA, Perth, and the port city of Femantle. There's been a wooden bridge on this site for almost 200 years. the Heathcote Cultural Precinct is a place for art lovers to get tdogether. The gallery often has visiting exhibitions which are often well done and interesting. Hesthcote has a slightly institutional feel, a result of its former life as a psychiatric institution. Mt Henry has a fine outlook over the Swan River.

Learn to sail, moor your yacht close to the city in ideal surroundings, race competitively or just enjoy the social activities the Club offers.. There is always something interesting being offered and the newsletter keeps all up to date .. Competitive races are held weekly and are often looking for crew so there is never a dull moment... The restaurant offers bar snacks, as well as lunches and dinners and many topical events... The location is an exceptional venue for weddings and event functions being so close to the city of Perth.. Friendly members making all feel very welcome and upgraded facilities makes for an exciting membership.
