Kapolei, named for the volcanic cone Pu'u o Kapolei (loosely meaning "hill of beloved Kapo"), is locally known as Oahu's "second city" after Honolulu. Built on former sugarcane and pineapple plantations, Kapolei is an affluent and vibrant city that is growing rapidly. It has an ever-changing urban scene as well as the Ko Olina resort and marina community and the Disney Aulani Resort. Sportsmen can play a round of golf at the Ko Olina Golf Club before a sophisticated evening on the town.

Our family really enjoyed the entire experience!! From the excellent food, to the musicians, hula dancers, and the fire dancers, we enjoyed the entire show!! As someone who was able to bring his family together for this trip after not being close for the last 2-3 years, the speech at the end about family, love, and the importance of those ideas in the Hawaiian culture, it was especially meaningful!! Wet ‘n’ Wild Hawaii is Hawaii’s biggest ‘n’ best water park and #1 family attraction. Located in Oahu’s “Second City” of Kapolei, the park features more than 25 exhilarating attractions for families and thrill seekers alike. Adrenaline addicts can enjoy slides like Shaka –plunging guests down a 36 foot drop almost vertically; or Tornado, which catapults guests through a swirling 45-foot funnel. The park also features tamer attractions like Water World Playground, an interactive children’s area and Hawaiian Waters, a 400,000-gallon wave pool.
We had the best time celebrating a birthday weekend at Wet "N" Wild. The premium deluxe package includes the locker, souvenir towel, da flowrider, soft drinks all day and a delicious buffet lunch which I definitely would recommend. No outside food or beverages are allowed in, they check bags! Da flowrider was so fun, it was hilarious watching my friends on it! Will definitely go back, Can't wait to spend another fun filled day at Wet "N" Wild.
