We have been going to Chen in the centre of Las Rozas for many years now, and we also use their home delivery service quite often. The food has never failed to please, a good variety, always fresh and tasty. The staff are all very pleasant and keen to please. An excellent choice for Chinese/Asian food in Las Rozas.

Large place in retail park. Buffet eat as much as you like. HUGE selection of Chinese, Japanese, Pan Asian food including Teppanyaki. All really well cooked. Lots of desserts. Could eat yourself stupid here!! Service not brilliant. Difficult to get hold of waiting staff and then along come several like buses. One of them also went off muttering something when we asked for something (I can't remember what it was but, it was something straight forward) Reasonably priced. Food great, service sucks.

It's a good restaurant, service above average, the sushi was fresh... very good sashimi. So if you work nearby, or you are on Las Rozas Village shopping... go for it!Thank you for the opinion. Hope to see you soon at Kyoto Las Rozas!

This is a place we might have easily missed without reviews on the Web. It lies in the middle of a range of bars and restaurants of recent construction in a zone out of the centre of Majadahonda and nothing too specific visible from the road. Rather few tables in a modern, elegant styling. With only one other table occupied on that quiet night, the very friendly and competent waiter had no problem serving all of us perfectly, including good advice when requested. The food is Japanese sushi-bar style but with various fusion elements (for the nigiri you can choose "classic" or "fusion" variants for example). We did not go for basic sushi or sashimi, but for some of the more elaborate preparations. The quality was simply excellent. High-quality raw materials, reminding me of good places in Japan, in interesting, very tasty preparations going beyond what we were accustomed. Madrid has many Japanese/Fusion places and there might be even better ones, but for the moment this was our best such experience yet. The pleasure was rounded off by a well-matching house wine, an organic Verdejo which we enjoyed very much. Rations are not huge, so do count on paying somewhat above average to fill all stomachs around the table, but we're still in the normal spread for Madrid.I rarely give five stars and have been to places which were gastronomically even more exciting, but the combination of food, atmosphere and service that night made it one of our most pleasurable experiences in quite a while.

I would have given the "very good" four points, if it were only for the Sushi. The sushi was excellent. The Salmon nigiri melts in the mouth; good salmon pieces over a fresh bed of rice. The California maki was as it should be and very fresh too. Better then in most restaurants around Madrid. The bowl of ramen was tasty and beautiful to look at, albeit on the small side.Agedashi tofu was very good and just as it should be if we were having it in Japan.However.The yasai (vegeatble) tempura was a disappointment. It is generally a challenging dish to get right as it requires a certain level of mastery. Our experience illustrates this well as the two portions of vegetables were stuck together and the aubergine pieces lay soggy in too much oil.Fried chicken katsu was all right. We conclude that fried dishes are not the cook's strong point and should be avoided. We will be back for the sushi and soup rather then taking a longer trip to Madrid to the Japanese restaurants there. But unless the tempura improves we advise you not to order it.

My friends wanted to try a place that we hadnât been before and we ended up going to this one. First of all, it is not Japanese at all. Perhaps âChinese-for-touristâ type of restaurant. Most of the oh-so-called sushiâs had a dry fish slice on top. There was a maki made of jamón (disgusting) and the fruits were dry as something precut left forgotten in the fridge. For the price that is charged, it is not worth at all. Any wok in the area of Heron City will offer you a much better deal for far better quality and quantity.
