If you want the best lamb in Spain please go to Bodega Los Tarantos. I had the pleasure of eating lamb here and I would say that it is the most authentic and best tasting lamb I have ever had. The "cave" like experience was such a special treat to the dining atmosphere. The menu is exceptional!! I would say the that chef has carefully prepared a menu that would please everyone. The wine list is superior. If you have the opportunity you must experience this hidden gem of a restaurant. Fantastico!!!

Tradition in its pure state: The restaurant El Figón de Recoletos and its namesake in the Spanish capital, La Pedriza, continue to achieve excellence in its star product, the wood-oven roasted baby lamb, treated with mime by its grill masters and accompan
The Sopa Castellana starter, Mousse Citron dessert and Ribera del Duero wine were all very good. But the 28euro beef was a disappointment. Cooked badly and not to order. Furthermore, although advertised as a Chuletón (chop), it was in fact a sirloin (Entrecot). Another negative is the rather cramped & enclosed dining room. No complaints about the service. . The nearby sister establishment El Figón is much better. I probably would not return here, unless possibly on a Sunday evening when many Spanish restaurants are closed.

A family meal at midday. 14 people. You need to book at weekends and it closes on Mondays. The restaurant is large with several rooms and the speciality is meat. The 'chuletón' was enjoyed by a couple of people, but another was not too impressed by the fish. I had 'pincho de lechazo' (little pieces of young lamb). Some people consider the restaurant to be a little overpriced, about 40⬠per person, depending on the choice. Thanks for your comment, Alan H. We hope you come back to visit us! See you soon

La Parrilla de San Lorenzo is presented with all its environmental attributes as a Castilian Style Rotisserie, with holm oak wood oven and grill in sight of the diner, where the lamb of Castilla y León IGP (seal of guarantee and origin) along with veal an
If you like glass and steel ambient, you may feel disappointed as La Parilla is kept in old fashioned, elegant way of decor. Waiters (only men) are wearing classic waiter dresses. But there is nothing wrong with it, as everything is very professional. First hint, go there earlier, as there is also a tapas bar, where you can enjoy pre-dinner drinks. But please donât eat these tasty tapas, as you will need space in your stomach ! They have an excellent lamb, which is first braised and than roasted. It extremely delicious, but the portion is also extremely large. Those who are not fans of lamb, please order a steak prepared from local beef. Itâs closer to famous Florentine steaks in Italy than to US beef, but anyhow, this is superb quality and taste ! Last but not least, if there is someone who doesnât eat meat, no worries La Parilla offers also wide variety of fish. Our pick was very tasty fried turbot with prawns.Great selection of wines and professional service made our evening very successfulDear customer Thank you for your words. We try everyday to do our best for our customers. Hope to see you soon! Thank you so much!!
