This meal took a little over two hours from time of arrival till finished, never again at this restaurant. Took about 16 min before waiter showed with menues then another 12 min to place the order, 41 min to get salad order. Then another25 min for main. The shrimp were chewy, Luke warm, the steak like rubber, told the waiter,he said had several complaints, did not offer another one. Not offered more bread,it was dried out. not offered water refill.Should have gone to the Golden Corral for half the price and food much better. We apologize for the extended wait you experienced, and please know that what you've described is not in line with our high standards. Our team is committed to offering high quality food and service, so please send an email to [email protected] including your phone number and a copy of this review, as we want to ensure this is addressed. I'd put this somewhere between an everyman's steakhouse like Logan's or Texas Roadhouse, or even Outback, and the higher end chains like Ruth's Chris or Morton's (but closer to the lower end). My steak really was great -- a much better cut than you'd get at the lower end chains. But the atmosphere is dated and dark. And my cocktail wasn't made correctly.

Fast friendly service from our server Joe. Fun northwoods decor. Ordered a gluten free bun for my hamburger which was fresh and delicious. Decorated it with applewood bacon, grilled onions and avocado slices. Yum. Partner ordered prime rib dip with mac n' cheese. He devoured it.We stopped on our way out of the Spokane airport. Convenient.

My wife and I went for our 15th wedding anniversary. I had been looking forward to it for years. I have been to all the "best" steak restaurants in the area and when I travel, I look for good steakhouses as well. This was billed as the best around here. I will say, the steak was excellent. The price point on the cut was high, but would have been well-deserved if everything else had been better. It was very busy and even with reservations made well in advance we had to wait. Service was slow and they seated us in what appeared to be an overflow area. It was cramped (I kept backing into the guests next to us) and we had a tiny table. It was too loud to converse well. Oysters muscovite were good, but pretty standard. Crab cakes were cold and disgusting. Steak was cooked perfectly, well-seasoned and tasty. However, the mashed potatoes were cold and lumpy, even undercooked. My wife ordered the crab legs. It was cold too and didn't seem all that fresh. Almost like it had been sitting out too long before it was cooked. For this price, everything should have been perfect. It just wasn't.
