I am not very happy with my steak it was visually displeasing and the steak was lacking seasoning as well. My wife got the 8 ounce and she got a beautiful steak with grill marks and everything I got a gray slab of gristle and fat that was visually and tasted horrible I got the 12 ounce it was paper thin and not juicy at all I wouldnât have eaten it but I hadnât eaten all day at it was a late lunch anyway stick with the 8 ounce much nicer presentation and steak than the 12 ounce much more expensive option. I am not eating here again

Overall, we had a very positive experience. Our waiter (Brenner?) was friendly and efficient the advance reservation system worked just as designed and we were already on the wait list when we arrived.Steaks were excellent. The ONLY negative is that we were served our blooming onion, our salad, and our steaks within 2 minutes of each other. Give us time to enjoy each course before serving the next one. Other than that snafu, the meal would have been a 5+.

Try the burnt ends appetizer. It was delicious. I had the combo dinner with ribs, chicken tenders, and pulled pork. Served with mac and cheese and corn casserole, both good. Hubby had a steak, ribeye I think. Steak was average. They only have their signature bbq sauce and it's vinegar based. If you don't like vinegar based sauces, you're out of luck here. Tried to get a side of the spicy bbq sauce but was denied and can't remember why. This was our 2nd time there. The first time we were there to try the ribs, and someone recommended we try again and get the steak.The ribs are passable, but not straight dry rub smoked and served. They are basted in bbq sauce, too, so remember the vinegar bbq sauce comment above. Atmosphere is nice, staff are friendly. Wait staff were somewhat slow, but nice enough.

Stopped in for lunch and the food was wonderful. The service was the best we have had in our vacation. Our server Angela was so great!!!! Wish all waiters and waitresses were as good as she is. We ate here last week for our # 39 and had a GREAT meal. Our server was Eric and he was fantastic. Made us feel special for the evening. The night manager Darah took the time to come and talk with us at our table. We eat here often because we have NEVER had anything except great food prepared just the way we like our steaks and the service is impeccable. Thanks for making our night out a success and the free cheesecake was pretty darn good too !!!

We really enjoyed our meal here. Quality was excellent. Service provided by Jessica was exceptional which included meal provided timely and hot. Knowledgeable waitstaff with excellent food portions. We welcomed this meal value after being on the road and were looking for some home style service in which we received.

Stopped in about 9:00 on Monday night and had close to a disaster.First, we requested a booth and was kept waiting for about 10 minutes while they "cleaned one off," only to walk by about a dozen empty ones on the way to our table. After the waitress took our drink order, I noticed some sticky substance on my side of the table and asked if she could clean the table again. She went back ot the table and sent a busboy out to do so, who wiped exactly half of the table off, never touching the other half.We didn't receive our bread until we were halfway through our meal and then a different waitress brought i to us. My steak was ordered medium well, but was absolutely well done and no one even asked about it. Our assigned waitress acted like she was angry at the entire world - just not a pleasant place to eat.I certainly can't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in all of Pigeon Forge....my cosmo is always tasty, and the balsamic blue cheese chop salad is amazing... I always go for the New York strip with blue cheese butter as well as their loaded potato with extra sour cream. My husband enjoys the delmonico steak. He prefers the Caesar salad but nothing tops my chop salad...We are so glad you had a favorable dining experience at The Chop House! Thank you for your loyalty.
