Just spent an evening dining at this restaurant with friends. We were seated at the first floor in a corner which was clearly too small to seat 8. We were right amidst the circulation, leaving only 60cm for other guests and waiters to pass our table.1st problem after arrival: due to the fact that we were dining the evening before valentine, a la carte options were replaced by a valentine menu. Only three options left aside this menu per course with no permission to watch the menu.Chose for the cheese croquettes for starters. The croquettes themselves were OK. However, they were swimming in a layer of wasabi which off course masked the complete cheese flavour. Then another stripe of red pesto across, don't know how you can come up with that.Chose a 600gr entrecote for 2. Had 4 9-10mm trances, 3 cm high a person. Don't know how that can add up to 600gr. Quality was average, not that tender. My wife had the sole rolls which were nearly colds and dried out. Had probably been waiting for a minute of 10 in the kitchen. The dame blanche for desert was excellent. The wine list is extensive but too expensive for this grillhouse style resto. Only approx. 10 wines below 39â¬, pity. The 32⬠white we chose was out of stock. Our waitress did an excellent job in trying to keep us pleased. We had to wait 1hr in between courses however.Paid 165⬠a couple, which is really 50% to high for this quality of food. At this price level, there are much better meat-focused places to dine inboth in Boechout (l'Histoire) and certainly in Antwerp (Bistrot du Nord, brasserie Mich, Abattoir,...).

Kontich isn't exactly a culinary hotspot, so if you're around and looking for a good but not exceptional meal, Panhard will serve you well. It's a lovely brassery with wood-paneled walls and lots of mirrors, the service is informal but efficient, and the food is good though not at all surprising. We had some excellent slices of San Daniele ham, good scampi fritti, good fish stew, and a decent but not exceptional grilled ham with sauerkraut. They specialize in steaks (Angus, Holsteiner, Simmental...) but those are rather pricey at 29 - 35â¬. Same goes for the wines: good but not exceptional or surprising. Still, not a bad place at all.

We went here on a Friday evening after a tour of the Brewery of De Koninck beer. We started with cocktails and De Koninck beer as aperitif in the rooftop bar. As it was a lovely summer day, we loved the being outside, the atmosphere and the view. We had a reservation for a table at 7PM and our table was ready at that time. We had the nacho, guacamole and pulled pork platter as a starter and it was absolutely divine. As a main course we had ordered the Black BBQ Bonanza 2.0 and again it was super. It is a large plate with 6 kinds of meat and several vegetables. It came with potato wedges and a dip sauce. The price is 34eur/person. Of course you have to love meat but that is the reason you go to a bbq restaurant. The meat was prepared to perfection. The service was very friendly. At first it felt strange that there are no windows in the restaurant but as it is in an old factory, it comes with the atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant and rooftop bar. You need to make a reservation in the restaurant or you will not get a table.

The specialty of this restaurant is meat which is prepared on ' the Big Green Egg ', a 3000 year old clay oven.
We went there with reservation for a Friday evening. This is a casual midrange steakhouse but costs more like fine dining. It was not busy when we arrived at 8 PM but gradually the restaurant filled with only a few empty places. The meat options arrive with one of the partners of the restaurant and he explains them to us. The price is per person and varies depending on steak. We opted for the Australian ribeye at his recommendation despite me eyeing the more expensive Irish Tomahawk steak. We ordered a bottle of 'Enemigo mio' which was a delicious pairing. We also had an order of bitterballen which is a crispy fried crumb exterior surrounding a very hot beef filling. The steak arrives sliced with a small portion of fried vegetables and a bearnaise sauce and peppercorn sauce. This is accompanied by two bowls: one of frites (of course!) and the other of a mixed green salad. Overall we enjoyed the meal and service and would recommend.

FRESH FRESH FRESH that's the credo of Restaurant Meat Factory in Antwerp, located on the Grand place, right in the Centre of this beautiful city. MEAT the name says it all, at Meat Factory, there are several meat dishes on the menu. A true paradise for al
Waiters were very attentive to us (they suggested us to take off our jacket, asked if everything was fine, etc.). The food was tasty but not enough potatoes with the burgers (could be enough for non starving people). We didn't waited the time for a long time.Well located (in the grote markt), and very cosy restaurant (not to big like canteens). Toilets were cleaned.I really recommend it.Bedankt voor de toffe recensie! We doen ons uiterste best om iedereen zo goed mogelijk te bedienen en zijn blij te horen dat u alles goed vond! Tot de volgende keer! Julien Meat Factory

we went to morso for a nice dinner and were welcomed really friendly by the attentive staff. Throughout the evening, there was a serene atmosphere even though the street nearby was relatively busy. We were able to watch the sunset from our seats outside and the waiters were all very likable :)

Enjoyed multiple meals, tasting different entrecotes of exquisite quality and preparation at this restaurant and was never ever disappointed. Our favorite is a degustation of 3 different dry-aged entrecotes, accompanied with a salad. You can see the cook at work in an open kitchen. Great selection of wines in different price categories. We prefer lunch as the restaurant can get crowded for dinner. In any case, make reservations via the website.Highly recommended.
