Busy restaurant. If you like meat, this is the place to be. Old fashioned Balkan-food. Not bad at all.

Voor een vaste prijs van ⬠27,50 de hele avond a la carte genieten van wereldse gerechten De beste Gin-tonics, cocktails, wijnen en bieren maken uw avond compleet!
The restaurant's interior is in American style, obviously matching the BBQ theme. The tables are widely spaced. The acoustics could have been better, you can hear the chatter from the other tables. The car park is across the street. The meat is excellent. The spare ribs are slow cooked so the meat falls off the bones when you cut it. The aged beef is prepared by the restaurant itself and I would highly recommend it. The t-bone is bit to chewy for me: too much fat and sinew. We ordered a bottle of Cote Solei (Merlot) and it suits the dishes. It is soft and easy drinking without being too dominant in taste.

I lived behind this restaurant and I have eaten here almost every week. The spareribs are very nice but the menu is very large to choose from. A good restaurant to dine with friend or family. Just try!

The first real Nijmegen grill restaurant where you will find hospitality, friendly service, honest cuisine and quality.
This restaurant is one of the best in Nijmegen. Old fashioned cozy interior, and a real charcoal grill inside. We were welcomed by the owner, who was very friendly. The service was fast. We enjoyed the shrimp cocktail, (The grey Dutch shrimp!) with an excellent cocktail sauce. We selected the rack of lamb. The chef comes to the table to show you the meat, and asks you how you would like it prepared. The wheeled salad bar is ok. Iceberg lettuce is not our favorite, but it is a nice touch to select your own salad. I wish I could have a plate instead of a ceramic tray for my main course, but that is just me. Overall it was a nice experience. The rose offered for the lady is a very nice touch!

Read the reviews and made a point of stopping in Nijmegen for dinner at this restaurant. Arrived about 6.15pm and fortunately there was a vacant table in the busy restaurant. We both ordered the Tournedos, but received only one order of Tournedos and one order of Chefâs Beef. Rather than wait, we accepted the dishes which were served with fried potatoes and sauerkraut. Both meals were preceded by bread with 3 varieties of dips. The portions were large. Fortunately we didnât order starters or desserts. Reasonably priced at just 30 Euros each.

Located near the city center, this restaurant is a no nonsense place to eat. The interior is not really thrilling, but the food is just totally delicious. Huge portions of everything you order. The spare ribs are heaven, as is the salmon and huge American T bone steak. Friendly waiters and waitresses make everything run smooth. So if you are a real carnivor with a big appetite, this is the place to go. Make your reservation ahrad, as it may be crowdy especially during the weekend.

Stopped here for lunch after visiting the National Liberation Museum. The smells emanating attracted our attention and we were not disappointed. The food and service were very good, varied menu for those who do not eat meat or bbq, would definitely recommend.
