The hotel manager is a fraudster
Reviewed By 736colsDuring the Balkan Tango Blast event in Sep. 2021, here are the few things that the participants of the hotel encountered during their stay: - All 2-bed rooms booked in advance were changed to 3 bed. - In a room with a single woman participant, two men, not even related to the event were checked-in - Another woman was charged for the whole room when two of her neighbours left two days earlier - I had to pay for the additional two days stay, even though it was clearly stated that the DJ of the event gets these two days for free, and the young and shy front man, when I refused to pay, explained, "sir, the manager told me that if I don't make you pay, it will be taken out of my salary". This charge is currently being disputed by the credit company. - The kitchen stuff was extremely slow and sloppy, we had not got our meals on time even once during the whole stay, even though it was all discussed and agreed upon in advance. Overall - stay away from this hotel, either if you are a single traveler, or, avoid it at all costs, if you are planning an event in there!

Great room but Management needs to step up
Reviewed By J6881YWpeterbThe room is crisp and super fresch and as we were told only 10-12 months old. But management have hard time with service, toilett paper are not re-filled or there is no spares in the cabinetts. Towels are not changed before asked fore and even then it takes 2 days to get new. Its a Pitt since the room is great and location is just minuts from down town Nis

Reviewed By ARustu HIt was a nicely decorated, cute apartment... Strahinja was very friendly and after receiving us he let us be... If we ever go back there this is the place where we would love to stay... Thank you Strahinja...

Disappointing experience!
Reviewed By Donna BLocation is good and host is helpful but the apartment is not close to what you see in the pictures. The apartment is dirty, not well maintained and we had the extractor of the a/c on our bed and had to switch it off to sleep. However we still had to hear th noise of other a/c. Very disappointing experience.
