Reviewed By Febo8888Hostal muy bien ubicado en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria; habitaciones grandes y camas muy cómodas. La cocina y la terraza están muy bien. Le doy una nota de normal (3) porque le falta el servicio de limpieza de habitación y el cambio de sábanas y toallas, algo importantísimo para quienes van a estar más de 2 días.

Reviewed By DirkV650Do not expect an all included 5 * star hotel - expect the unexpected 60 ies , ramshackle rooms , plants and paintings and objects everywhere from the restaurant to the garden and rooftop terrace . Expect quietness . Authenticity . And Rosa . The ultimate hostess , quick and witty with stories to tell about her amazing Life , and a talent for cooking - we ate three evenings here : three course meals for €15 wine included . Her vitality , her charm , openness and warmth make the very soul of this Residencia . Maybe not to the taste of everyone , but certainly to mine . Give yourself a bath in generosity and warmth and say hello to Rosa from me .

Well placed, clean and welcoming!
Reviewed By Culibrk DBreakfast buffet was perfect, they had everything. Hotel very clean, room cleaned every day. The staff is very helpful and nice. The old town is only a 10min walk away, many nice streets to walk around the hotel, a small beach right in front. It’s a good starting point if you do a roadtrip because the highway is right there. Only negative thing was the noise from the cars because of the street in front of the hotel and the windows didn’t open.

El alojamiento es de 10 y la Anfitriona de 11 Tranquilo, acogedor, cómodo, nuevo , con todo lo necesario, piscina con tumbonas , cocina completisima con nevera individualizada, impresora, lavadora, secadora Terraza confortable, El desayuno espectacular no, lo siguiente. Se adaptaron a nuestro horario de salida media hora antes de lo establecido. Sinceramente enhorabuena por su trabajo !
