There are so many things I love on the menu here but my favourites have to be the lamb chops and any of the tartares? A special mention must go to the onion bread which is so addictive. The restaurant is so beautiful and the staff are really the very best at what they do. A great wine list to chose from and for a special occasion the Crystal Menu is a must. You really woulnd't expect such great food and service in a small village like this. it looks like a hidden my grandamother's cooking 3 Michelin stars place. Real homemade flavors,home atmosphere, great prices, friendly staff. Even coming late for lunch with a full restaurant they make you eat like gods and you can't eat it all. Rare example of traditional good cuisine. Must visit!

Very difficult to find , too few tags, a sufficiently large parking . Excellent food, healthy, rooms big enough, necessary to regulate further details for guests Maybe more additional features for the visitors. Maybe some spa, sauna or games room. I recommend desserts

We selected this place to go for lunch with family & friends based on some relatives' recommendations.The place is set up very nicely, on top of a ridge, surrounded by wood & pastures, so you will not lack for scenery.The waitresses are very nice and helpful, perhaps lacking a bit in recommendation section.The cook on the other hand is way below the standards of this place. Out of six dishes ordered, we got three that were OK to eat, but still lacking in presentation: both kids' menus and my deer steak.The other three dishes were too oily, too salted, even visually disadvantaged. E. G. potatoes kept the perfect shape of the spoon that loaded them on the plate which at first glance suggested too much oil and too much mashing. Taste matched first impression.This all was matched by a not-unexpected, but still quite steep bill.

Sunday or holiday is a peak season for each restaurant. Haler between PodÄetrtek and Olimje is not an exemption. They have nice building, cut grass, nice flowers and a fountain. But first and last impression is waiter. He canât pretend to be trained and attentive when he is cleaning one table after another â but guests at another table are waiting. Empty bottles and glasses can wait. People must be first choice. We can forgive serving another table (people came later) but service without smooth order of presence is not what guests expect. So, we donât enjoy the food as much as we can and excellent beer is not washing down bad first impression.

I stayed for 2 nights and my dinners an lunch were top notch. The soups in particular were delicious - one mushroom and another wild garlic. Some of the best food I have had into 3 weeks of a road trip and having travelled through France and Italy!
