Wolfville Farmers Market

Started in 1992 with three vendors in a parking lot, we are now a year-round market on Saturdays with over 70 farmers, chefs and artisan vendors. We transformed a turn of the century apple warehouse into our 9000 square foot Market home in 2010. Wolfville Farmers’ Market offers three unique shopping experiences for people looking for local awesomeness. As a farmers’ market and given the need for social distancing, we knew it would be essential for us to do more to increase opportunities to access all the amazing products from our farmers, chefs and artisans. Our answer to the challenge has been to plan for three unique shopping experiences, each allowing a distinct way for you to access local: Our Saturday Market, our online store WFM2Go and new to the season, a Farm and Art Market Store.

This little town market has it all. Fresh produce, seafood and meats. If you are hungry, there are several vendors that can tempt your appetite with a variety of offerings, from donuts, cakes and cookies to sandwiches, and even curry. There are lots of local crafters to browse including jams, jellies, wines, hot sauces and even local grown flowers to brighten your home. Glad we had the opportunity to wander through, while on our short stay.

Noggins Corner Farm Market

Reviewed By 631vanessab - Bridgewater, Canada

We have been going to Noggins Corner Farm every fall the past 4 years. We love everything about the experience. The corn maze is amazing. It’s well thought out and they change up the layout every year. This year was themed Canada 150. There is also a smaller kids size maze if you aren’t up to the full size maze. We typically do both mazes. There is also the option to purchase empty bags of apples (different sizes available) and ride a wagon to an apple orchard where there are so many different types of apples and you can pick them yourself whichever kind(s) you like and fill your empty bag. My two children absolutely love everything about the day we spend there. And there is enough to do that you can spend a full day. There is a playground area with a giant tire mountain to climb. They have a photo area set up each year and each year different. A couple food truck type options. And also a haunted house which I can’t speak on as we are always there with our young children and they’re not quite there yet to do a haunted house. I highly recommend Noggins Corner Farm. Can’t wait until next year. :)
