Lingering over pain au chocolat in a sidewalk café, relaxing after a day of strolling along the Seine and marveling at icons like the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe… the perfect Paris experience combines leisure and liveliness with enough time to savor both an exquisite meal and exhibits at the Louvre. Awaken your spirit at Notre Dame, bargain hunt at the Marché aux Puces de Montreuil or for goodies at the Marché Biologique Raspail, then cap it all off with a risqué show at the Moulin Rouge.

I visited this store this morning to pick up an Eiffel Tower model I ordered online . When I arrived to the store the Owner/ Gentleman was very polite, and I ended up upgrading my original purchase to an even better model. I’m an American living in Paris, and decided to do some shopping for my family. My experience was excellent, and they have a wide variety of products for all ages. I highly recommend shopping at this store if you are visiting Paris or even if you live in Paris. Thank you again for the great customer service.

A large street market in the Latin Quarter.
Rue Mouffetard is a typical parisian little street with a market, street singers. Perfect walk for a sunday morning!

Wonderful shop in a cute neighborhood. Had 2 pistachio macarons and both were delicious. Owner was very nice and the shop was empty. The displays in the window were very cool and elegant!

La Tuile a Loup continues more than ever, the 40 year old tradition of discoverer of talent of artisans in France that makes this shop a place of passion. Unique! That's how one can describe the objects found here, Unique because every single bowl, every single dish, every single plate, each single object in the store has a personality, a certain colour, a particular shape, a story born out of hands of the artist craftsmen.
This shop is lovely and so is the owner Eric. Yes, the shop is by appointment and not a place open to just browse. We visited Summer 2017, and I sent a short query email to Eric before arriving asking if we could set up a time to visit, a note about our budget (which was very small mind you), and the fact that we would have our little one (3 year old) in tow. He responded promptly and kindly to our message and assured us that he could show us a selection of pieces in our price range. When we arrived, he was warm and generous with his time and immense knowledge of the pieces and the artists. He spent time with our family showing us a beautiful collection of pieces within our budget, even going to the stock room to pull even more treasures. We left with a lovely cake plate, perfectly packed for our international flight. This shop is well worth a visit. Out of respect for his time and the artists, send a short query email and set up a time to meet Eric and visit his shop. French pottery is his passion, and our afternoon in Eric's shop was one of the highlights of our trip! We look forward to future visits and building a collection from La Tuile a Loup.
