This was a place for great seafood. The portions were not huge, nor were they tiny. The food arrived at the table hot from the deep fryer. Now, the restaurants in this area do not stay open too late, so do not waste time dallying about. The doors close at 2000/8pm. I enjoyed the Haddock & chips, two from our party enjoyed Halibut & chips and the other two enjoyed the Salmon & chips. No one received a meal they were not pleased with. The owner is quite friendly, even when you arrive a bit late for your reservation....ooops. I would certainly make a point of eating here again. I am not sure of the weekend hours, but M - F it is open 1130 - 2000.

Pacific Prime Restaurant & Lounge boasts one of Parksville's best beachfront patios just off the Parksville Beach Boardwalk. Our beachfront location offers spectacular ocean and mountain views for an unbelievable dining experience; perfect for any special
This place was way above my expectations. And it did this without being pretentious. Itâs a super nice decor and the views are superb. Our server was wonderful, always around but never in our way. I had the 10 oz steak which was fantastic on its own but it was served with a beautiful baked potato accompanied by vegetables that were cooked perfectly. Service , ambience, food. 5 stars all around.

Kalvas is a classy, upscale log cabin with dark wood tables and a warm atmosphere. The semi-circular building offers almost every table a view from large windows. The focus of Kalvas is on the dining experience and the quality of the selections on the men
Returned yet again for another wonderful meal. Started with the Crab Cakes. Fresh and loaded with real crab. Then we had the Prime Rib and the Seafood Sampler. Both were extremely well prepared and delicious. Finished with an in-house made Grand Marnier creme brûlée and raspberry New York cheese cake - both were outstanding. Thankyou again to David for always making us feel so welcome and to John for his great job serving us. We will be back!

Set in an Authentic British Seaside Restaurant With a Medieval Addition Private Booths for that Romantic Night Out
Coming from the North of England I just love my fish & chips. However I have never had any that have really tasted like they used to. This time we went to the British Bobby and I was not disappointed. The batter was amazing and the cod flaked beautifully. The batter was so good that I had the banana fritters with golden syrup and they were so tasty. We will be back.

Cozy restaurant with great food. Original artwork on the walls. We followed other reviewers and ordered the seafood crepes. We noticed lots of others did the same! For dessert, the sticky toffee pudding is recommended. We also liked the friendly waitress, for sure. We were glad we made a reservation as we saw all the tables looked reserved last Friday at 5 p.m.
