In Paducah I use to be loyal to Los Amigos. Not anymore. My new favorite restaurant is Cancun Mexican Grill! The Salsa is amazing! It has true authentic flavor, and just enough heat to not burn your mouth or tongue. The food is priced extremely well and the service was amazing! Margaritas are TOP NOTCH Overall it has exceeded my expectations. I am now a loyal customer of Cancun! This is my new and only go to place for awesome Mexican food!

We stop in Paducah several times a year. We decided to try Stricklands based upon reviews and were not disappointed. The restaurant is small, maybe a converted C store. Neighborhood and building not so much but excellent dinner and obviously local favorite. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was mostly fried but very good. They have small plate early bird platters before 4 or 5 pm. Best check. I had the Harris platter: fried shrimp, coconut shrimp, clams strips, catfish, and hush puppies. All very good. My wife had fried Cod. Also lightly breaded and very good. They have full bar and brag about Margaritas. Back to Floridaâs Gulf Coast.

Saw this along one of the major roads and decided to try it based on other reviews. It was absolutely incredible and totally unexpected. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. Service is friendly and great. The owners are from Louisiana so some of the food is served in the Cajun genre. I ordered the gumbo and it was as good as any I've had in New Orleans. The boiled shrimp was also excellent. If you're in the mood for seafood, definitely put this on the list. It has easy access from I-24 and is worth the stop!

Close to I-24; food is freshly prepared to order. Open Thursday thru Sunday.I am a firm believer in TripAdvisor - have used it for âeatsâ travelling all over the country. ANOTHER great meal and find! This is one that I cannot believe there wasnât a line out the door. Eat in or take it to-go.I had a boiled plate - very large shrimp, definitely the best I have had in a VERY long time. Sweet meaty shrimp, excellent flavor, definitely Gulf shrimp, and a large portion. Add the CONECUH sausage, the potato, and the cob corn - folks, I just couldnât finish it. My wife had the fried shrimp with fries - home breading, which was crunchy and very tasty. They had homemade dips for the shrimp/seafood- also very tasty. What a treat! We left with some of their frozen selections - 4 lbs. of Royal Red shrimp, and 4 packs of Conecuh Smoked and Original sausage. If you have never had these hard-to-find shrimp, you are in for a real treat! Look âem up....I just wish I had more room in my cooler. And lastly, very nice folks and fast/friendly service.Excellent....

I have always loved coming here for the price it's usually a once or twice a year visit for my husband and I. O get the ultimate feast. He gets the pick three. Scampi flounder steak. Well his steak was like a big peice of fat. You could have gotten a better steak at walmart. Then the scampi was shrimp in water. There was no taste no sauce. My lobster tail was not the width of my hand it was the tiniest tale. And my crab legs were so stinking small and they were cold so of course they wouldnt break open. I usually dont complain this much I try to see the good but there was just none on this visit. Maybe if the waitress was friendly that might have helped too but she didnt talk when she came to the table she brought bill and walked away. There was no positive for the over 60 for 2 people we spent. Next time I'm going across the street to Captain Ds. Spend a quarter and come out much happier. With white fish and baked potato. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a good meal! Or good service. We're sorry you were unsatisfied with your experience and we'd like to learn how we can make this better. Would you be able to give us a call at 800-562-7837; MondayâFriday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM ET so that we may learn more about your experience?
