New Castle, Delaware, "the first capital of the first state," was founded in 1651. Having been home to Native Americans, the Dutch, and the British, New Castle truly is a "uniquely American place." The Amstel House is a Georgian mansion dating back to 1730. The Dutch House has survived from an even earlier period, featuring furnishings from the 17th century. With ancient graveyards, town greens, old churches and traditional English gardens, New Castle brings history alive.

A great little dinner cruise on Thursday the food was good, the desserts and the ribs were amazing. Some great views of the city watching the sun set over the city. The staff was friendly helpful and attentive. Between the food buffet and the time on the boat it was worth the $45

Joe's Crab Shack brings fresh seafood, authentic flavors and Southern coastal flair to locations all across America. Joe's menu features crab, fish, lobster, mussels, clams and shrimp.
It was my Grandsons birthday and he asked for crabs. We were there during happy hour so the bartender was also the waitress. This was great till she got busy.So service was maybe a 9 because the server needed help.As I always say (being a manager myself) where was the manager to pitch in.I never blame the server. From time to time they need to pitch in like helping her pour draft beer so paying customers who are waiting can PAY THEIR BILL .Happy Hour prices were good ,Food was good .Crabs are expensive but I knew that going in . I think when you spend $80-$100 you should get a small salad or a cup of soup. Bread would be nice

My spouse had the coconut shrimp, one of the few non-garlic, non-spicy items on the menu and I had the catfish and chicken jambalaya. Her's was 6 large shrimp accompanied with mashed sweet potatoes and hush puppies; my catfish was lightly bread and deep fried to a moist perfection. The chicken jambalaya was also moist with vegetables and lightly season; great meals. A lot of food and some left overs for take away. To full for dessert. The only thing was that there were 6 medium size shrimp for $26; a bit overpriced for that size shrimp.

Another great seafood concept from the Big Fish Restaurant Group in the heart of Trolley Square in downtown Wilmington. Casual seafood focused eatery and local hot spot offering the freshest seafood available. Classic raw bar with a variety of fresh daily
Had an excellent meal yesterday. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the oysters. He then had an order of really nice sized tasty shrimp. I had the lobster roll and canât wait to have it again. Our server, Michele was awesome. She knew her menu inside out and was very helpful in answering our questions. It was our first visit. It will not be our last. My husband had the Guinness and I enjoyed the Red Zin. We will definitely be returning and soon.

As a long time fan of Harryâs Seafood Grill, I was excited to return despite the name change. Our seats on the riverfront patio were lovely at dusk and service was as good as always. Unfortunately, the food was inconsistent. The raw oysters were cold and flavorful, though not well shucked. The beet salad was probably the highlight of my meal. Smoked Marcona almonds added wonderful texture and taste while the whipped lemon ricotta, paired with the beets and greens, was delicious. Dishes that had raw fish, however, were poorly executed. Knife skills for the tuna tartare and sashimi seemed lacking. The cuts were rough and varied too much in size. I did not find either dish enjoyable and I typically adore raw fish. Thankfully the drinks were cold and good. I doubt we will return.

On a return bus excursion from Virginia Beach back to New York we were accommodated quickly and competently by the staff. Our choice of entrees made for a nice lunch stop. All food was prepared and presented beautifully. My wife and I had the crab cake and our tossed salad with the Maple Vinagarette dressing was very tasty. The wait staff was extremely busy and very receptive to the many requests for drinks too. KUDOS to The Big Fish Grill on the Riverfront.Thank you for a wonderful review! Febyâs has always been our go to restaurant to celebrate special occasions for our family or when out of town guests visit. We also go to Febyâs when we just want a delicious meal. Our childhood friends visited from Connecticut Labor Day weekend and did not stop raving about the food and the service. Once again Febyâs lived up to our rave reviews.
