Donât expect an amazing interior, itâs clasic Portuguese. This restaurants well deserved excellent reputation is based on fish of the highest quality and absolutely fresh. We have visited 3/4 times per year for the last 15 years and have never been disspaponted. The service when very busy can be a bit slow but when not too busy is top notch, if you love fresh fish cooked perfectly then this is the restaurant for you.

Izzyâs has long been a real favourite of ours and since Rory returned last year it certainly hasnât disappointed. We always get an amazing welcome from all of the staff and on our four visits this year we had fabulous food, service and ambiance! Their sea bass with their special lemon and garlic sauce is fantastic and another favourite is the tiger prawns. Not to be missed. Thank you to everyone there for looking after us so well. Incredible steak and clearly labelled menu. This was a stop off for us on the way from the airport to the resort. We have visited before and were hopeful that the level of service and quality would have been maintained and indeed it was. We had a steak on the stone and a salmon fillet, both cooked to perfection. The staff were attentive yet gave us space to enjoy our meal. Thoroughly recommend.

A fantastic local restaurant owned & run by a Portuguese family. Great service from all the staff, attentive but not intrusive. I had the monkfish kebab with coriander rice & it was amazing. Definitely worth a trip. We will be back.

If it is fish you like then this is the best place to eat in on the Algarve! Not that the restaurant does not serve lovely meat and fowl dishes also.The convert choices are superb- almost a meal in themselves. Certainly you wonât need a starter if you have two or three of the couverture dishes on offer! The owner has a wine wholesale and retail business so you can expect an extensive wine list which is reasonably pricedLaura,Delsio and the rest of the staff are friendliness personified.Children are welcome as one would expect in a Portugese owned place.However the restaurant is not a bad place to go with your spouse,partner or lover- who may be one and the same person Enjoy a truly lovely meal at a reasonable price.

We just loved this place! Everything on the menu looked so good. The ingenious part is that you can order half portions so we got to try everything! The ceviche was the best I have ever tried and the flavors were so interesting. I wanted to drink the marinade it was so good! We also ordered the fish and chips, steak, duck, all prepared to perfection. Even the drinks were fantastic and they make a delectable passion fruit mojito. They were very accommodating on my gluten free restrictions and highlighted an entire menu so I knew what I could eat.
