We walked here from the Sunshine Inn for a blizzard. The service was fast and the staff were efficient. We would come here again.

We provide a wide variety of drinks, food options, including the famous Buffalo Burger, prime rib, & steaks. We also have many live events with free pool, darts, and video lottery.
Stopped in because it was across from Wall Drug. Waitress said the steak was to die for. She was right! I could choke on it because it was so tough. To top it off she was rude and service was slow with only 3 booths with couples in them. Never going back there again. Burn me once never again.

Wall Drug is one of the largest roadside attractions in the world! With seating available for up to 520 in the Cafe! We are set up for large groups, families with children, and tour groups. With twenty different shops that cater to any of your shopping desires.
I'm not sure if this cafe includes the ice cream parlor but I'm leaving my review just in case. We ordered butter pecan ice cream cones at 10:00 in the morning. It was supposedly homemade but they were so tasteless that we threw them away. Very disappointing!

There are very few restaurants to choose from, however, Red Rock is a very good choice. The food is tasty, the service was prompt and friendly and the atmosphere was South Dakota. When in Wall, The Red Rock is a very good choice.

We were in Wall on a Sunday morning when the only restaurant open was the Wall Drug Cafe. Having already experienced their over-priced cafeteria dinner, we were not too keen on adding an over-priced cafeteria breakfast. We resigned ourselves to gas station fare on the way out of town, and stumbled on the Subway, which low and behold, had breakfast options. Bacon, egg, cheese on a sandwich or wrap. Nice!!

The thing we heard the waitress say the most was "I"m sorry." "We'll give you a discount". Steamed vegetables were cold and potato appeared like it was cooked yesterday.

We went in and had a decent meal. The waitress Lilly was Great !!! The hot roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy good. The mushroom and Swiss burger was very tasty but the French fries were not so good although the soup was full of flavor with big chunks of beef and veggies. Yummy!!
Our group split up the bill but over all pleased but will try something else other than the French fries if we get back to Wall SD.
