Come to this place allways by 2o`clock Beijing time and that is the lunch time and local musicians play local traditional music and sing local songs. Polo also known as pilaff is the best food of this restaurant. Yoghourt 哦分thisrestaurant is the best in the city. polo is 25 yuan. kabab is 5 yuan.

Good, Uighur food. Get the specialty of the house--I forget what it's called, but it's rice noodles and grated turnips in a vinegar sauce with a special "cake" underneath made with chickpea flour. Sounds bizarre, but it was delicious! Decor was amazing and exotic! Service was on the slow side, but that was true everywhere.

Just what you need. An english menu that you can actually understand. Good food, mostly chinese, but some Uygur and Western choices as well. Friendly and helpful english speaking staff. Wifi with good connection speed. And cold beer. All that for reasonable prices. We only went here for food, but you should be able to book some tours here as well. Don't know about the quality of those, but the people here don't seem to be cheaters and at least you'll be able to communicate in english.

カシュガルにはなかなかドリップコーヒー飲めるところがなくてまさかの上島コーヒー（ＵＣＣ）みつけて飛び込みました。
まだ許せる範囲のウエイトレスの接客で本格的ドリップコーヒーが飲めました。
コーヒー１杯がドミトリーよりお高いですがきているお客もセレブぽいひとばかりで落ち着いて休憩できました。
あまりに疲れたら逃げ込んでいいと思います。

The only negative surprise on the first visit was the missing beer. Until we recognized that we forgot that all the restaurants do not serve alcohol.The food is a mixture out of local with Chinese food.All in all very tasty and highly recommendable. Every dish we ordered was good.

One of the most elaborate decor I have ever seen in a restaurant, friendly staff, quick service and excellent food. But what stands out is the ambiance, you are almost transported to a different world. The manager speaks English and is most helpful and caring. My only criticism are the restrooms, very dirty. I hope the management can invest some money. But overall, two thumbs up, a must visit place if you are in Kashgar.
