Really the only place to get a meal around near Devil's Tower. Wonderfully friendly service willing to accommodate food restrictions, but the food is just not that great. The tater tots are frozen, the cheese is Kraft singles or something like it, and we found the strawberry rhubarb pie really tough to eat. The filling was gelatinous and the pastry was dense. I feel bad saying all this because the woman working there was so warm and welcoming! And it might be better if you could eat the meat, and if you warmed up the pie and topped it with ice cream. But we probably wouldn't stop here again unless we were both starving, per the clever sign outside.

You wouldn't peg Hulett as a place for a proper deli, but the folks who run this one hail from New Jersey and have named their sandwiches to match. What's even more surprising is that beyond the usual heavy-meat fare, the R-Deli also offers healthy wrap sandwiches popular with the biking and outdoor crowd. The wraps come in multiple grains -- plain, spinach, wheat -- and like all the sandwiches are accompanied by some excellent cole slaw and pickles. The ingredients are fresh and tasty, and the environs are cozy, plastered with light-faded Buffalo Bill posters in keeping with the town's western aura.

This is one of those bars that serves food as well, and serves good food. We entered after the lunch rush and found the ambience funky and fun. Had a great burger for myself and a wonderful elk/bison chilli. The walls are covered with paraphernalia...MoreI remember visiting with you guys That was a great afternoon. We stopped here for lunch because it is SUPER convenient to Devil's Tower. The menu is limited, but we had burgers, chicken strips, and BLTs. Everything was tasty. I was most interested in a giant Coke, but they serve Pepsi products so I did get a BIG, COLD Dr. Pepper. May seem like a little thing, but that sun is hot at Devil's Tower :)

We didn't eat here but there is a very nice gift shop and we bought a tee shirt and magnet. There is a lovely view of the tower from their back deck. They had wifi and we had two bars on Verizon so we were able call home to resolve a small problem. There was a big crowd in the restaurant. If we had been hungry we'd have had lunch on their back deck.

We had lunch here after visiting Devil's Tower. Best BLT ever, great sandwiches, great service. If you want a menu that serves all the basics and does it well, eat here. They used the best bread on the BLT! It's a 10 minute drive from Devil's Tower and closest town. Worth it!

There is not much around this area. An ok pit-stop if need be, but seriously, bring your lunch as prices are ridiculous for fast-food type meals.

Si vous visitez Devils Tower et faites le coucher de soleil là-bas (fortement conseillé par ailleurs) il s'agit de la seule option pour manger sur le retour vers Sundance (où il y a 3 restaurants, mais pas toujours ouverts).
Le cadre et la clientèle sont très locales, esprit family restaurant de l'ouest. Sympa.
Pour la nourriture, choix restreint (burgers, poulet, salades), celà d'autant plus que la cuisine ne semble pas ravitaillée si régulièrement (il n'avaient par exemple plus de champignons).
Burgers bons, sans être exceptionnels.
Frites pas terribles, grasses et sans goût. Privilégiez les baked potatoes.
N'hésitez pas à vous arrêter au moins pour boire une bière au bar.
Personnel très sympa.
