Reviews on Pub food in Provincetown, Massachusetts, United States. Visit Provincetown and have a blast enjoying some of Cape Cod’s best beaches (Race Point Beach and Herring Cove Beach are favorites of TripAdvisor travelers). Plenty of cool boutiques, restaurants and art galleries give this town a fun and funky vibe. It’s an exceptionally LGBT-friendly destination as well. One tip: if it’s high season, take the ferry or a quick flight from Boston (unless you enjoy spending hours sitting in traffic).
Things to do in Provincetown
Our server was gracious. Our food-hamburgers-were tasty, cooked as requested, and arrived in a timely manner. Our drinks were fine. The restaurant was completely empty, except for us, at dinner time in one of the busiest weeks in Provincetown. Every other restaurant was packed. During the day, the pool was packed with people. Where was everyone? Why was this restaurant a ghost town? The restaurant was dark, decor was very dated and dingy (like the rest of the inn), We also had breakfast in the dining room. The oatmeal was fantastic and I am picky. The fruit was fresh and the coffee excellent! The servers, again, were very gracious and friendly. I had the feeling that the employees cared and the management cared but it seemed as if they were helpless to improve the inn. We were puzzled.

Why can service people not understand when you are done you just want your bill...not to be ignored especially when it is 9:48, you finished your meal 20 minutes ago, there are no diners left only bar flies!!?? Not to mention it is discovered music playing and it is no longer the late 70s/early 80sOrdered a special for the night with Angel hair pasta, spinach, mushrooms, cheese and what appeared to have been advertised as lobster but appeared to be Pollack...it was delicious but for $24 it should have had lobster, not Pollack. Now finished my meal and drink 25 minutes ago and staff still has not acknowledged me (oh...drink was a martini and the waitress never heard of Grey Goose....the bartender came over, sadly she never had either...they both had Russian/Ukraine type accents and never heard of Grey Goose!!?? Staying here but won't be back even if the food is good

Aqua Bar sits facing South overlooking Provincetown Harbor into Cape Cod Bay. When in Provincetown you will almost certainly find yourself walking along Commercial Street with its plethora of shops and restaurants. One such location is the Aquarium Marketplace. Within this enclosed food court are many eateries such as Big Daddies Burrito, I Dream of Gelato, Mangia Pizza, Connie's Bakery, Cape Cod Seafood, Fortune Cookie Chinese Restaurant and the NCCS Raw Bar. You are free to grab something from any of these establishments and continue walking to the end where you will find the Aqua Bar. They have open seating in their outdoor venue, but do have a canopy if it is rainy or too sunny. Aqua Bar sits up high above the beach (i.e. a wooden deck) with nice views of the water. Their deck is wheelchair-accessible and pet-friendly. They do not serve food but have a full bar with various cocktails (including some special to their business), beers and wine. After doing some shopping, we stopped here for some relaxation and a cool beverage while we looked across the water. We had a nice time chilling at the Aqua Bar.

Great dive right on Commercial street to come in and get a few beers. Old nautical type theme, slanting floor, dark, graffiti bathroom, cold beer. Bartenders are nice and great people watching. PBR on tap. Cash only.Spent 2 of our 4 nights in Ptown here. Wish I had had time to come again! Hope to be back one day.

Was here with a large party. So we tried a bit of everything. It was all great. My only feedback is some members of our party couldn't eat certain things because of how they served things. Take the buffalo shrimp as an example. Delicious, but served on a bed of blue cheese dressing.

We stopped by here for some pre-dinner drinks around 6 on a Friday night and it was very busy. Luckily, there were a few seats open and we were seated at the bar immediately. The atmosphere here is pretty cool, being a cozy little outdoor beer garden that is next to a busy street but also felt tucked away and hidden. The beer selection is fantastic with some really unusual craft beers that Iâve never even heard of. On the flip side, these unusual craft beers come with a higher price tag and some of the drafts were 10-12 bucks each. Prices arenât listed for the drafts (I donât think) so just be aware that this probably isnât a great place for cheap beers to slug down before going out to see drag shows/party etc. We also split an order of some upscale chicken wings which were excellent. The beers and cocktails here certainly werenât cheap (it is p-town after all) and I would consider this more of a sit down and drink craft beer place with upscale bar fare rather than a swing by for a few quick beers and cheap bar food kind of place (which was more what I was expecting). With that in mind, itâs a great little place to spend some time with friendly service from everyone we interacted with. We would definitely visit here again next time we are in p-town.

We stombled upon Bayside Betsy's one glorious Sunday morning. It was too windy to sit outside but could still enjoy a lovely view of the Harbor. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast and good service which is no small feat at the end of a long and busy Summer Season.Thank you Christy, we look forward to your return.

We had a nice dinner here with Pâtown friends who love this cozy spot. Smoked seafood chowder is unusual and amazing - much more flavorful than regular chowder. Oysters with the wasabi and ginger were also delicious. For dinner, our friends recommended the curries. Two of us had the tasty fish curry which was satisfying on a chilly evening. Service was friendly. Atmosphere inviting. They didnât rush us after we finished eating so we had a very enjoyable evening visiting with our friends there!
