Hadn't remembered the food within Brighton Casino being very good. So, this year after 3 visits, we had earned enough Card money to buy dinner. Our chopped steak and fried fish were very good!. I won't necessarily bypass Josiah and dine in Okeechobee any more. Very busy place. Food was a little salty but tasty.

Stopped in with family for a late lunch. The atmosphere was pretty good for a bar. The combination of dark wood snd green was soothing. The wings were ok. The appetizers much better. Prices were ok. The bathroom was immaculately clean and the service was top notch. Would go there again.

This was our 4th weekend visit (& last). The first was great! Second time was pretty good, the third was just o.k. Today was awful. My boyfriend ordered a burger "rare" & I ordered chicken tenders. His burger was completely charred & my tenders were a bit over cooked. His soda was empty for about 10 minutes before our server came and asked if he wanted another, then that took another 10 minutes. After we had ordered our meal we asked the server to leave one menu with us, as we were planning on having desert. Decided not to "chance it". Our waitress completely agreed that the food was not as ordered & offered to take it back, but at least 15 minutes had already passed by now & we were hungry. With that said, we each ate 1/2 of our meal.

A group of friends meet here for lunch weekly. The food is good and portions are big! Service is great whether there's 10 or 20 of us!

Phone # (863) 357-6101, it opens at 11:00 A.M. and has the best hamburgers in town and draft beer at a reasonable price.
I try to eat here on my annual visit to Okeechobee and have never been disappointed with the wings. I have never tried anything else on the menu, if it ain't broke don't fix it! I can't comment on the facilities because it is a little dark inside. The staff is pleasant and after all it is just a tavern that serves food!

This place is a real hole-in-the wall but a very interesting place to stop. Always friendly people including the patrons. Weekends here tend to be mostly bikers and unless you are one, you might want to shy away, but during the week it's quite and the beer cold. Recently a guy has been serving food there which is a real plus! Get something to eat and nice cold beer. Doesn't get any better!

This is a popular location of a chain restaurant. The food quality, portions, menu items, pricing are consistent with the chain.Service is professional, efficient, and friendly. A professional organization of educators meets here monthly and has a special arrangement for a limited lunch menu at a fixed price. Itâs a good deal ! Salads, burgers, sandwiches, combinations are always generously portioned and reliably tasty.Thereâs a private room for meetings. The larger room has televisions tuned to sports channels.

The serving size of the sandwiches and entrees is HUGE. I had the fried fish platter. The french fries were crispy and so good. They serve homemade coleslaw and Peggy dipping sauce. My husband loved the Peggy sauce so much he wanted to meet her. The word is you cannot get a bad meal here. The bar is open air and has a thatched roof. There are a number of beautiful macaws in the back to view as well. Can't go wrong with visiting this restaurant. I understand there is always a long wait on the weekends to get a seat, but if you go during the week, it was easy to find a seat.
