A great local food and entertainment spot for the whole family. Nightly entertainment and homemade food awaits you.
While everyone has their own tastes and likes.... I seriously say save your money. If you're happy with anything other than the fried burger, which was good then you may not get out of the area to eat very much. Our server was wonderful... couldn't have been more pleased. Menu is limited even for a bar. When I got my sauce for wings , couldn't tell if it was ranch or blue cheese. Forgot part of our order...kitchen fault not server. I could go on but just beware ... didn't meet expectations

We were doing spring time yard work, and we decided to take a break. We had never been to the Recess Gastro Pub, so decided to give it a try.The rare London Broil roast beef sandwich was most excellent, and I had a porter that they have on tap. Great food and brew.Jennifer Woodcock and Allanah Smith were our bartenders, and the service was excellent. A great place to hang out on a Saturday afternoon.

Local Dive Bar and Restaurant with Pool Tables, TV's, live music, Karaoke, Trivia and Poker. All of the food is high quality and from scratch with the best ingredients!
Although Mule Camp is a tavern, the food they serve would make any chef from a top scale, 5 star establishment, proud! The food is fresh, the menu creative, and the presentation is exceptional! Mule Camp is unique, unexpected, and a wonderful surprise! (Something you hope to experience from an American tavern, but rarely find). The food isn't the only impressive element that separates Mule Camp from other bars/taverns; I found it to be clean, excellent service (friendly and eager to accommodate you), and they provide top local bands for concerts and shows on the weekend.

Gainesville's newest, biggest Sports Bar! Full menu, giant bar, competition pool tables, darts, Golden Tee and all the sports! NFL Sunday Ticket on big screens! Full service with a friendly staff. We offer daily lunch specials and dinner specials. The kit
Stopped by for a light snack. I ordered shrimp bits and my girlfriend ordered the chilie cheese fries. Both were excellent. The fries would serve several folks. Eat here often and have never had a bad meal. Service is prompt and friendly. Try Gainesville's own Left Nut Brew.

try Buffalo's. Parking is convenient, and the service has always been good. The three times we've been for dinner on the weekend, we've noticed it's not very crowded. That sends a negative message, but, again, the service has always been good. With a more limited menu than most other places, you can still find something you'll like. I have found the pulled-pork sandwich topped with cole slaw is tasty. The atmosphere is a fun barn style. To provide some entertaining distractions, there are flat screens and country music tracks which are a mix covering the 80's forward.

We spent NYE here and loved it. The menu had so many choices for everyone to be happy. Our server was very attentive on such a crazy hectic night. He really did a great job of taking care of our group. I noticed lots of large groups. I had the brisket with fried okra and french fries and it was delicious.
