This reminds me of the all the great neighborhood places I have been to growing up in the Northeast. The food is terrific; our favorites are the meatloaf, corn beef and cabbage, burgers and irish stew. Portions are huge and the quality is excellent. A very nice selection of beers and a few decent wines at very reasonable prices. Service is always great! Plenty of TV's if you want to watch a game.We have never had a bad experience at Delaney's. One of the best spots for casual dining in McKinney.

This family owned, neighborhood gem has something for the whole family! A calendar of events that include trivia night, live music , mic night, etc. and plenty of rousing activity during game night! This great spot brings the whole neighborhood together. Food is delish with our favorite HUGE Dirty Wings and stuffed mushrooms as starters. Other favs include sandwiches like The Natural with its Smoked Turkey Breast, Candied Jalapeno Bacon, and Havarti Cheese with Red Leaf Lettuce & Artichoke Aioli, served on Sourdough Bread or The Philly with Shaved Rib-Eye with Sauteed Mushrooms and Onions, with Chopped Thick-Cut Applewood Bacon & House Made Cheese Sauce on a Freshly Baked Hoagie Roll. Plenty of daily food and drink specials. Bring the team after a game, the family or meet friends for cocktails! We will be back...Thank you so much for all of these wonderful compliments! Had a late lunch here with family and enjoyed good food in a comfortable environment. Clean environment - order your food at the bar, so it's not "full service" if that's what your seeking. A good offering of sandwiches and salads and a full bar with beer specials.

First time here and arrived on a Saturday when it first opened so not busy. The âmigas con chorizoâ were very good especially with the salsa. Breakfast potatoes and fruit were also tasty. Spouse loved her plain burger and fries. Terri provided excellent service. Add two sodas and bill was just under $20 not counting tip. Love the bar decor with brick walls. Great music. Two pool tables, one dartboard, one shuffleboard table. Has a back patio that is âdog friendly.â A very nice bar and pub!

Sophisticated Texas cuisine, chef driven, scratch made, and honestly sourced. We serve fantastic BBQ, Specialty Steaks, Salads, and Texas Favorites in a beautiful historic venue in downtown McKinney. Also enjoy our full craft cocktail bar with specialty d
This place started off as a butcher shop and opened the restaurant recently. We started with the Pickles and the Pig, as well as the smoked onion dip. Both were good, with the sausages (the Pig) being the highlight. I ordered the 6oz Wagyu sirloin and it was one of the best steaks Iâve had in a while. The chicken fried steak and burger were also very good. The only misstep was the side of green beans. They were too sweet, and the sweet overpowered the bacon that was clearly in them. Stick with other sides and you will definitely enjoy your meal.

Authentic Irish Pub offering a full menu of Irish and Scottish and American menu items. Huge selection of Irish Whiskeys, Scotch and Texas Whiskeys. Large beer selection. Live music 5-6 times each week including two weekly traditional Irish sessions. Pub
This restaurant feels out of place for a town the size of McKinney or really any town in Texas. It has more of a northern pub feel. The food is decent enough, nothing bad on the menu and the music (when it's there) is a nice touch. The only downside to this place is that the dining area upstairs feels neglected (service wise). It tends to be busy and only 1 person waiting tables.Thank you for the very kind review. So glad that enjoyed The Celt. We hope to see you again very soon. If there is anything we can do to make your next visit even more pleasant please let me know. I'm usually here. Cheers! Stan.
