On a seafront dominated by restaurants offering the same fish based dishes, Breeze is a saviour to a vegetarian or someone simply wanting an average lunch option.We had just visited Spinalonga via the boats in Plaka, and upon return decided to grab some lunch. When walking down the seafront we were immediately asked by multiple people if we were hungry, "come in, eat", but all the restaurants had the same pizza, pasta, fish or meat based menus, and at 2pm after a long morning of walking we really only wanted a light lunch.Fortunately if you don't cave in to the pressure of being asked 5-6 times if you'd like fish for an early dinner, then you will make it to the end of the seafront and find Breeze bar and cafe which offers a range of toasted sandwiches, baguettes, pizzas, omelettes, savoury or sweet crepes and even a cheeky assortment of ice creams.We decided to have some baguettes, they don't come with any extras as is literally just a baguette but frankly that's all that we wanted. Afterwards we decided to have an ice-cream each which to our surprise was a bowl with 4 scoops, cream, nuts and sauce so is definitely sharing size, but we soldiered through and thoroughly enjoyed it.Breeze is well worth a visit, we had 5 drinks, 2 baguettes and 2 monster ice-creams and the bill was under â¬25!!

Found this bar last night, just up from the main square. What a little gem. Great music lots of drinks to choose from and really friendly hosts. Just be wary of the âpschoâ local cat. There was a really friendly vibe even so late in the season. All in all a great place to visit and enjoy a beer or three.

Located in the town centre this place has two areas, one on the pavement and a second area located directly over the road. Nice for a beer and cocktails (if you like cocktails) and being able to watch the world go by

We popped in after seeing they were advertising the England rugby match in the World Cup. The owner showed us to a great table with an excellent view of of the many tv's showing the game. We ordered some food and were not disappointed with the quality or service.

Over the last two years on holiday in Elounda we have visited Rudi's on many occasions. The hospitality is fantastic- friendly service and a warm welcome. They have a great range of gins and craft beers as well as an extensive range of drinks. The homemade cakes are amazing as is the food- we have enjoyed fantastic lunches. Many a great evening on our holiday has been spent here. Such a great place!

This establishment continues to thrive despite the walk to get to it!Fantastic views, fantastic staff who are so genuinely welcoming and a great selection of drinks.Snacks are on offer too and the Alpha is on draught, very nice.Clean toilets with an unusual sink.Brilliant.
