The steaks are cooked to order and are very tender. Their hamburger steaks are the very best I've ever eaten. The side dishes are very good as well.

Twist is part of the major renovations at this prominent hotel in Decatur. Food is just so-so and service can be lacking. Salad dressings are not fresh. The ranch is the same as the generic store brand at Dollar General. The grilled chicken slices tastes suspiciously like it came out of a bag in the refrigerator case. The chicken salad wrap has possibilities, but I doubt I will be back there to try it.

I've eaten at a number of Buffalo Wild Wings but this one disappointed me. Even though it was not particularly crowded, the service was slow. The appetizer.portion was small. My wife enjoyed her Mac and cheese but my boness wings were way too salty and drenched in a sauce that was supposed to be garlic Parmesan.I couldn't really eat my meal. Not a good experience.

This is a terrific small restaurant in the historic area of Decatur. The liquor and wine selection is top notch. He often has Pappy Van Winkle bourbon and Balvenie 21 year old Scotch at reasonable prices. Their wine selection includes better wines as their bar brand wines so you cannot beat their wine prices if you like good wines. The food selection is somewhere between casual food and fine dining but you only pay "bar food" prices. The chef at Bank Street is (in my opinion) the best in Decatur and there's not an item on the menu that I wouldn't rate highly. Scott has music on some weekends and the place is usually crowded with locals which is a surefire sign that it's a great place to eat and drink. The décor includes older photos of Decatur. The restaurant is in the section of historic Bank Street where most of the buildings are from the 1800s. We live in the area and eat there about once a week. It's our favorite casual dining place. I have no qualms recommending the Bank Street Deli to all our friends. They also offer take away food - just call ahead and pick it up.

Traveling through Alabama, we recently stayed at the Hampton Inn adjacent to this Applebee's. We ate here both nights of our stay because of the convenience, but it was a good choice each time. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was so good at the end of our busy days.

This place has great pizza and burgers, but my favorite is the chicken nachos. Huge portion is only $5 plus drink at lunch. Other lunch specials are available as well. Nice relaxed atmosphere with numerous TVs for watching sporting events. Service is friendly and fast. Recommended.Hi there! I havenât been here for dinner, but the lunch options are very good. A number of interesting sandwich options to choose from, as well as more substantial entrees. The homemade chips are probably the best Iâve had anywhere. Service is good. The restaurant is in the basement of an old downtown building, and has a historic feel. Nice atmosphere, but not stuffy.
