On Friday night, the two staff members working the far had nothing but attitude towards the customers. Giving us a menu was quite the task for them. Getting a drink, much less a refill was nearly impossible. The next day, breakfast was quite a mission in itself. Getting someone to seat you and some service was a quite an effort for them.At lunch, I got sick of no service and I hunted down the manager on duty. He had been walking past me as well. I end up going about a mile away to a deli and I had a wonderful meal. I will never ever stop here for even a glass of water.

There are a lot of restaurants in the Rocky Hill area but we chose the Wood-N-Tap after much debate as we wasn't sure what we fancied to eat that night. We made a good choice. The waitress was friendly and attentive, the food was fabulous and the price was about right. It was a busy place, but this did not affect the level of service we received. I had the veggie burger and my husband had the classic. Both were great. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

We went to Farrell's Sunday night 11/11/2018 and never had such terrible food. We were a family party of six. I ordered the prime rib, which was awful, I think it was some other cut of beef that they passed off as prime rib. My husband ordered the clam roll special at $12.99. It came on a cut off roll to accommodate the 4 clams that was on the roll. Clams were awful. He complained to the waitress and she talked to the chef and he said the clams go by weight. He took $6.99 off the clam roll. We had a terrible appetizer of calamari worst we ever had. Ordered three margaritas. Our bill was$65.00.This was our first and last time at Farrell's restaurant.

âGreat Food, Big Portions, Great Drinks & Beer Selection, Live Music, Fun Environment, Casual, Outdoor Patio, Great Serviceâ!
Highly recommended through Eat in Connecticut facebook group. Attended on a friday for happy hour and was impressed. Great local spot. Tables were packed with families as well as a singles crowd, so a good mix and comfortable for all. Sat at the bar and ordered off both the happy hour and regular menu. Great prices on both menus. Happy Hour drinks $5, Titos on Tap and a great variety on menus. From wings to dinners. Service was good, even at a busy time. Stage area for bands, so looking forward to going again when there is music. Has a vibe that is a combination of sports bar and a country bar. Highly recommend. Add to your list of Happy Hour must haves!

We went there for drinks and to hear the band. Katie, our server, was amazing. She couldn't possibly have been any better! My friend ordered a pumpkin pie spice martini and was in heaven. The atmosphere is loud and the place is huge. It is a typical sports bar but everyone was friendly and having fun.

Was there for a summer open mic night to catch a friend and enjoy a quick bite.Dining area with open mic setup was logically too small for such an event. Was hard to enjoy the performances and food under tight conditions.Food was good and drink prices were on the low side.

Middletown's first and only gastropub ... featuring 18 beers on tap and a dynamic menu designed to tempt every palate. (Kitchen open LATE: Sun-Thr til 12:00am and Fri-Sat til 1am)
Celtic is a very special place, and always my first choice for both dining or grabbing a drink at the bar, with family or friends, for social or business. The food is unbelievable (thanks, Bill), and the house is the friendliest ever (thanks, Brandon). And the staff is professional, attentive, and just fun and welcoming. Too many to list - but Lauren, Chris, Sara, Kasey, Lexi, Courtney, Ang, Mea,Taylor, to start. - thanks guys!
