Discover Restaurants offering the best Pub food in Coburg, Bavaria, Germany. At the top of Bavaria and dating back to at least the 11th century, Coburg sat undiscovered by many late 20th century tourists, surrounded as it was on three sides by the former East Germany. The town’s main attraction, impossible to miss since it overlooks the town, is the 13th century Veste Coburg Castle, one of Germany’s largest and most beautiful. Sometimes called the Franconian Crown, today it’s home to three museums. Reformer Martin Luther, then an outlaw, spent five months here in 1530.
Things to do in Coburg
No atmosphere. On top of this, the atmosphere can be described as sterile and cold. The sitting areas are not comfy and weird chairs make it hard to talk to each other if zou have friends opposite the table. The music is average and often too loud. The only plus is that they do show basically all football games. On the second floor is a gambling area, which I also dislike. Bars, alcohol, gambling = not for me. Poor quality cocktails for a very fair price are being served, small food menu for snacks. It is definitely a cheap place. Also I have been wondering for months which criteria the owners have when employing waitresses (dress code???), also I have never seen a waiter.Even so Coburg has not a lot to offer when it comes to night life, there are better options than this.
Schnelle lieferung, sehr Günstig. Qualität unteres NiveauPreis Leistung aber sehr gut. Nicht per e-mail bestellen. Man bekommt keine Bestätigung und weis nicht die Lieferung kommt
I'd noticed this place whilst out for a stroll the previous evening and suggested it to a colleague. It would probably have been OK if the barmaid had had a clue about drinks. Personally I don't think that there's anything unusual about a gin & tonic and a brandy but she had to ask advice from someone about which glass to serve them in. So we waited about 5 mins for the gin and my friend had finished that by the time my brandy arrived. That aside, there's nothing that would make me rush back there.
Where to eat Thai food in Coburg: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Went for dinner with some friends and we had a great time. Food and great and the staff made a good evening even better! Recomend for group dinners and for two as well.

Great food and great atmosphere. The restaurant is style in a very modern wooden and warm light setting. The service was excellent especially when I found out it was a cocktail special, two for the price of one, and the salmon pasta was very good and well priced. Good place to meet people of have a meal. I believe it gets very busy late at night. A definite must stop for any foodie.

Friendly staff, great beer and burgers. Curry's smelt lovely. We were in the covered court yard, watching the euros 2016 football. Received great service even if we couldn't speak any German.Seems to fit a youngish crowd. the inside is dark and is very basic, but nice.
