It lies in the Silesian Highlands, on the Przemsza river (a tributary of the Vistula). Jaworzno belongs to the historic province of Lesser Poland. The city is situated in the Silesian Voivodeship since its formation in 1999, previously (1975 - 1999) it was in Katowice Voivodeship. What used to be one of the best places in Jaworzno...Gusto Restaurant used to be a placeWe would go few times a week. Good quality food , reasonable price and fast service ... used to ... For quite some time that the service became slower and slower even when the restaurant wasnât very busy. Reason why ? Well I canât be sure but probably due to the fact that they sell a lot of meals with delivery and thereâs no priority to the guests in the restaurant . If thereâs 100 orders to be delivered at the client and 1 order at the restaurant , the client in the restaurant needs to wait as the 100 meals are prepared and take away for delivery .Last time we ordered pizza for our son and other meals for adults . After one hour the child was still waiting for pizza when everyone else was done . After a complain it seams it was our fault that we ordered pizza and the child didnât ate... strange when your at a pizza place... The cook just informed that he went to use restroom and no one else in he kitchen is able to make pizzas. I just wished we would be informed in advance that itâs a problem to get pizza for our son and we would just go somewhere else. Complaining also didnât made any difference as the manager doesnât care with the clients opinion and as she said if the restaurant closes due to the lack of costumers she will get a job somewhere else as thereâs plenty of job offers at this moment.It was or last visit to this place with a great pity as it used to be one of our favorites.

Restauracja ma swój klimat - dlatego nazywa siÄ chatÄ i do tego nawiÄ zuje wystrój. Miejsce kojarzy siÄ z prostym smacznym jedzeniem (wyjÄ tek stanowi Pizza - która i tak jest najlepsza w Jaworznie - nie wiem jak w dostawie, ale na miejscu jest wyborna). Bywam tam od kilku lat regularnie - czasem faktycznie trzeba czekaÄ kilka minut na kelnera (kelnerkÄ) - ale zazwyczaj tak siÄ dzieje jak dużo klientów - można to zrozumieÄ. Co do daÅ - to może faktycznie d. nie urywa, ale za to jest smacznie i Åwieżo i bez wydziwiania i smarowania talerzy ÅmierdzÄ cymi i niesmacznymi kolorowymi sosami balsamicznymi, które do niczego nie sÅuÅ¼Ä . W sumie wczeÅniej ktoÅ krytykowaÅ za to, że porcjÄ sÄ za duże albo zbyt duÅ¼Ä liczbÄ oÅci w rybie - ja te komentarze pozostawiam bez... komentarza. JeÅli ktoÅ szuka wykwintnie podanych daÅ jak w Wierzynku - to sorry, ale Borowa Chata nie jest dla niego i powinien poszukaÄ czegoÅ w Krakowie. JeÅli ktoÅ jednak ceni smak, prostotÄ i ÅwieżoÅÄ to polecam z czystym sumieniem BorowÄ ChatÄ. JeÅli ktoÅ idzie do restauracji zjeÅÄ by byÄ zadowolonym, a nie dla szpanu - to Borowa Chata jest dla niego. Jedynym minusem jak dla mnie jest bliskoÅÄ budowy (która nie wpÅywa na jakoÅÄ obsÅugi), która może wizualnie siÄ po prostu nie podobaÄ. Jednak co do jakoÅci jedzenia, obsÅugi i samego lokalu niech Åwiadczy liczba klientów, która potwierdza to, że warto tam od czasu do czasu zerknÄ Ä i coÅ zjeÅÄ - a co najważniejsze gwarantuje ÅwieżoÅÄ produktów użytych do przygotowywanych daÅ - takie jest moje doÅwiadczenie i moich znajomych. PoszliÅmy z dwójkÄ kolegów na kolacjÄ i piwo. Super czilowa muzyka, fajny lekko przyciemniony wystrój z gustownym ÅwiatÅem, ale obsÅuga bardzo przeciÄtna.MÅode niedoÅwiadczone kelnerki.Kolega zamówiÅ frytki. Pani, która je przyniosÅa przewróciÅa je wraz z sosami na jego nogi. Owszem przeprosiÅÄ , ale nie przyniosÅa Åwieżej porcji, nie mówiÄ c już o ubraniach, ktore byÅy do prania.Å»ywnoÅÄ jest taka sobie. Niektóre potrawy przypominajÄ po prostu mrożonki z Lidla.Niektórych pozycji z menu brakuje. Lokal siÄ jeszcze uczy. Pozytywem jest wystrój i atmosfera. W weekendy wieczorami jest tam naprawde gwarno. Miejsce widaÄ Å¼yje.

I love everything about this restaurant. Fantastic, talented creative chef with international experience! My expectations were truly exceeded. I got special vegan glutenfree food. High gourmet standard. Lovely place! Great team! I am looking fwd to returning hopefully soon! I highly recommend both the restaurant as well as the hotel! âï¸

The pizza is great. The lasagne very good. Actually most of what we tried was tasty. Nice atmosphere. Worth recommendation. Book in advance during weekend lunch or dinner time.
