I have been there several times. Moderate interested staff is serving rather good food. Old style polish cousine ( red beet soup, sour soup ZUREK, dumplings etc ).Quite pricey as for polish circumstances. Typical on the road restaurant ( close to Highway exit no 13.

we stopped there with a group of friends on our way from gdansk to warsaw, knowing that this is one of the best restaurants on tripadvisor. i can definitely recommend, nice palace building, nice restaurant, very good food! can definitely recommend!

We visited this place for a lunch as when we walked passed, we were encouraged by how crowded it was. Prices were also rather inviting comparing to other restaurants nearby so we decided to give it a go. We'll, as the name suggests it serves "home made food". I must admit the food quality was rather average, ok-ish if you consider the very affordable price. Choice isn't huge, from some fast food dishes to typical Polish meals.What we didn't like precisely, is that food was served on thin plastic plates with useless plastic cutlery. Not only it was uncomfortable to eat from it as the plate kept sliding on the table but in today's world, flooded with plastic waste there's no need to use single use plastic in a restaurant like this. If we have a chance to visit Ciechocinek again we would probably go and eat somewhere else.

I came here for late lunch. Very pleasant experience. Food might seem little pricy but delicious and very modern. I had a salad with grilled chicken and salmon tartare both were excellent.

Decided to try this restaurant as the menu was also in English. I had duck confit with plum sauce, pureed sweet potatoes and green beans. My husband had the lamb shank. The food was really nice. We had a glass of red wine, 2 beers and a G&T. The meal and drinks was 115 pzl (£23). restaurant is nicely decorated and comfortable. Service was very slow.

Located very close to one of the longest saline graduation towers. You get for a little more than 1 euro big bit of cake. Cheap and very good cakes and icecream. I can fully recommend it.
