A great busy place to walk around, look for trinkets, get some amazing food and people watch. Busy and bustling, lots of narrow streets with hidden gems.

On my first visit in December 2019,I went alone on a private tour. There was no one else there and I felt at one with this lone tree in the middle of the desert. This trip I was with a group and unfortunately there were so many other tours and crowds of people, it felt like we were swarming (desecrating) this ancient marvel. How it survives for hundreds of years without any water source is a msytery. There is actually a learning center with historical posters and information and facts about the tree and surrounding area.

One of the oldest and smallest forts in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Just by the sea behind Seef Mall Muharraq. Go there at sunset
