We were 5 families staying at a local hotel and decided to order in. We all ordered online, which went seamlessly enough. Confirmations came fast by email and text, pay by credit card right on the website, but the âestimated delivery timeâ was off by over an hour. Not only that but when they finally got to the hotel they only had 3 familiesâ food and part of another. One familiesâ food was missing completely even though they were able to show the order confirmation right on their phone. Other parts of another familyâs were missing. The delivery guy didnât speak English too well so it was hard to figure out. I think they ended up asking for their money back and saying forget it for the food. The food we did end up getting was ok to so-so. Lasagna was decent. Fish and chips was sub par. I subbed out the chips for onion rings. Mistake. Cold and chewy. Fish was also chewy. I love fish and chips but this wasnât good. Wouldnât recommend it.

Who would suspect such great food at a rest stop on the turnpike?! Traveling through, we made a stop at the mile 105 W. Mass Tpke rest stop. Found Papa Gino's and saw their Lobster salad sandwich roll. This is made with real, fresh lobster meat - no imitation stuff- and it was GREAT!! I could not believe that such a delicious lobster salad sandwich could be found at a rest stop! I ordered the smallest of the 3 sizes offered and wished I had gone for the next larger size - it was THAT good. If you love lobster, as I do, don't hesitate to get this delightful sandwich roll. Highly recommend.

Went on a Friday night with Friends and ordered up lots. French Onion Soup was amazing! 1-Power Salad, 1-Field Greens Salad, 1-Flatbread with spinach, feta, and eggplant, 1-Crusted Chicken Parm and 1-Chicago Thin Crust windy city Pizza- yummo!!Carol was our waitress and she did a great job. Food is consistently good and staff is moving quick. The GM ususally comes by to say hello and make sure we are happy.

A quiet, uncrowded Sunday night dinner should have had better service and better food. There were plenty of servers and not a lot customers, so the expectations were a little higher than if the staff were run ragged. However, it took a while for the server to take our order, which she then had to come back to clarify. No cheese/pepper was offered for salads or entrees, until we asked. Portion sizes were different from what was pictured. Sigh. At least the drinks were good....I am so sorry that our server was not more attentive, Ellen. I am going to let our management team know. We take reviews very seriously.

Last spring, we had a hankerin' for Italian comfort food.....big mistake.The Fettucine Alfredo was, if you get my drift, yeasty! It was absolutely awful and pricey! When I arrived home after picking up the take out order, the sauce had separated and there was no way to redeem it. Last time for this visit. Maybe it was just an "off" night but I will not chance another bad experience at Ziti's.

Had a great late dinner with a friend in the back room of the restaurant last night. Their Greek Salad with Steak Tips is delicious... Steak tips were cooked to perfection - very tender and full of flavor. The salad was loaded with Feta Cheese - my personal favorite.

Stopped in for a simple pepperoni and onion pizza, a Caesar salad and a bottle of red. Was excellent in every way tonight. Our red, the Centine is an Italian blend, soft, good fruit and well balanced at a great price. Our waiter, Jack, was awesome.
