We went here for lunch and it was excellent. Went back 2 days later for dinner and it was awful. They were busy, service was slow and haphazard. The waiter was drinking beer.My 4 cheese pasta only tasted of cream, no cheese. When our bill came 2 extra beers had been added. We only had 2 so how this came to 4 I don't know. The first experience was so good, but based on the second experience I wouldn't go back.

Delicious and crispy pizza slices like in Rome. Italian street food in a nice restaurant in the city center of The Hague.
The quality of Pizza restaurants in The Hague is getting better and better these days. When eating lunch at Pazze e Pizze I realized that this place may have raised the bar again..... The (super clean) restaurant offers high quality pizza slices in many Roman variations. They look and taste delicious and they offer slices for vegatarians and vegans as well.I had a great lunch, eating one slice of Spice Tomato and one slice of Mozarella Bianco. Highly recommended!

You have to get over the fact the it looks a bit intimidating from the outside but once you step inside you get greeted with a familiar warmth and italian atmosphere that i've seldom experience. The food is of a magnificant quality. I've going here every chance i get.

Quality of the food is good, although pizzas should not be garlic flavored by using garlic butter. The pizza calzone missed its prosciutto and the pizza paranoia tasted more like garlic butter than tartufe.Atmosphere is good, if it wasnât constantly disturbed by the pizza delivery boys walking in and out, even blocking the entrance.Restaurants need to decide what they are: home delivery or dine-in....

Nice fresh italian food with wood oven pizza, for lunch and for dine come and try!
We visited Pastanini, a couple of times during our 7 days in the Hague. We stayed at the Marriott and were looking for an Italian restaurant for a family dinner in walking distance. How luck we were. We visited this fabulous Italian 3 or 4 more times in that week and never regretted. They have a limited menu on meat&fish but a variety of pasta and especially pizza. The pizza bread is so tasty that you may not even want any toppings at all. We tried the classic margherita, caprese, 4 formaggi and salame milano and all were delicious. Their pasta pomodoro in the kid's menu and linguine ai frutti di mare is also great. Try anything and you will want more. They also have a long wine list:I believe, most of the staff were Italian (they spoke Italian among themselves) and don't have any issues with speaking English. They are really friendly and help you out even in the crazy crowded evenings. Speaking of which, remember to make a reservation for dinner, because they are really busy in the evenings.I can easily say, it was one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever visited.

My friends and I had pizza, beer and dessert here. The tuna pizza was amazing and my friend enjoyed his Salami Pizza also. The pesto pasta was not as good as the pizza. It lacked much flavor other than warm noodles rolled into an excessive amount of pesto sauce. The cheesecake and the Peroni beers were quite nice. Overall we enjoyed the meal and would eat here again.
