Henry Perla and his team are a delight - service was wonderful and the food was terrific. We were in the area for two nights and my kids wanted to eat here both nights - pizza and spaghetti/meatballs. The tiramisu was amazing! When we arrived the second night, they treated us like family! Thank you for a memorable time!

Chicago Fire was born of my desire to enjoy the flavors and textures unique to Chicago Pizza and share them with others. Our menu is strongly influenced by Chicagoâs history and culture. Firstly, many of Chicagoâs tastiest foods were created by Greek and
And that folks is where I think they fall short. I've been to 2 other Chicago Fires and always leave with the same feeling....just OK.Yes drinks are very good and service for me is always great, but the pizza? From New York, there's always been Chicago vs New York styles of pizza and I've never loved deep dish. That said, when in the mood and at the right place (in Chicago) I've had some really very good deep dish. This is not that. Chicago Fire crust doesn't cut it and even the thing crust which restaurants now call "flatbread". their crust is just not very good or prepared right. Same goes for the toppings, just not really good.So all and all......mediocre.

Place was packed but service was fast. Pizza was delicious. Build your own pizza for $8.45 with as many toppings as you want. Nice selection of different sauces and toppings. The staff was talkative and friendly. My 13 year old loved it. We will be back!

We've continued to patronize this California Pizza Kitchen, because we've never had anything but good food and stellar service at this location of the chain. Whoever manages this unit deserves an Atta Boy from corporate. Anyway, this time around we both ordered the Half Barbecue Chicken Salad ($12.29) and a couple of Diet Cokes ($3.29) that made a very refreshing light dinner for both of us. This has got to be one of the best salads anywhere, and although we've seen other restaurants attempt to reconstruct and serve it as their own, those imitations are never as good as this original. There's always the excellent pizza, although we didn't take any home this time. We highly recommend this place when you're in the Fountain Square Roseville area. It's better than most of the nearby restaurants, of which there are many.

Fast Fire Handcrafted Pizzas made to order and cooked in about 3 minutes. Custom salads and chicken wings too.
First off, the service was excellent and the person making the pizza was extremely nice. I asked for the ingredients in the pizza and my pizza tasted like, the pizza you would get from a diet company.I don't blame the young lady, I don't know what to put in a pizza to make it taste great. My wife had the similar experience. Our first visit, the pizza maker, made suggestions what quantity of products to use. She said if we used to much ingredients in the pizza it would not cook right . It came out perfectly the first time but not this time. This time it came out like a cheap pizza. Next time we will ask for more toppings on the pizzas.

Saturday Night at 6:00, I understand can be busy, but it was super busy & service reflected it.Beers came out reasonable, 10-15 min., salad was soon there after, but wings & bread sticks came out after both pizzas.Understand the wings are twice baked & take a while, but the waitress should have said something, we had to ask, more than once. Will still go back, cause food is very good, but will avoid busy weekend nights.

We arrived promptly at 6:50 on a Sat night and The Place was packed. Everyone hustling and working hard...Our tabled was delayed and I do not like this awkwardness. Server Steve then swooped in and saved the evening for us.We started with a Caesar. It was creamy, garlicy with a good anchovy flavor. My wife ordered the bolognese and added meatballs. I ordered the special cannelloni. Both were hearty, meaty and dressed perfectly. For dessert we ordered the cannoli and lemon cookies. Fabulous...We enjoyed a 2012 Brunello...Steve delivered a positive experience. He acknowledged the awkward beginning to our evening and made up for it in spades...We eat out all over the world throughout the year. As I read some of the previous poor reviews I have a hard time believing these assessments. I found The Place to serve very good food, fairly priced, nice menu and sort of a quaint atmosphere.Recommended...
