Small but nice little coffee house. Limited but good breakfast menu. Staff were friendly and food was good. Incredible view within a very short walk.
Every pizza we have ordered here have been hot and tasty. Normally I order online and then pick it up in about 20 minutes. Very easy to do order online.
If you're looking for complex culinary type stuff, you're in the wrong spot. This is basic pizza.VERY WELL DONE basic pizza. No reason to order from Pizza Hut, Dominos, or Papa Johns if you can go here. And they do cheap lunches. Well worth it.

The Central Pizza and Hot Dog eatery is simply a fast-food counter in Central Market, a local supermarket. The pizza is fair quality, served without fanfare on paper plates with plastic self-serve utensils. Hot dogs are pre-cooked and OK. Nothing fancy here; just quick eats. Only recommended if you are hungry and in a hurry.

Had super high hopes & decided to ditch a well known established restaurant (but new to our area) for this instead. Ordered a calzone by suggestion since most places around here don't serve. And some hot wings. I will say, they offer a Military Discount so that was cool, but thought maybe since it made our order cheaper, they skimped out a little on the veggies and toppings inside the calzone. I grabbed a few end pieces of it and had no fillings. It was seasoned well though & crisp, but I've had way better calzones elsewhere. When I asked about it, the cook said that he tried to divvy it up. I also asked if that same amount of veggies is what they use on a pizza too? He said the calzone is cheaper so...basically you don't get much is my take. The wings were super piping hot, but I can make them easily in my oven. Nothing special. I forgot to order a cannoli. I'm not sure we'll be back. I like a nice restroom to use at least to wash my hands after I eat & I was disappointed to find that I'd have to walk out of the establishment to the back door, walk through the kitchen, to find their only small restroom with 1 toilet and sink. Overall, I'm not entirely sure if I'd go back to dine in. I might give it another shot, but order a pizza instead to go. People working are nice. Oh & I wasn't given cups for water like I had asked for when paying, even though we were the only people in there at the time. The place is rather tiny, doesn't look entirely clean. Figured an honest review would help better their business.

Love this place!!!! The food is so good and reasonably priced. Everyone is friendly! I recommend the salmon, but husband swears by the spicy lasagna! Our kids love the bread and oil and the bottled root beer!

We were looking for pizza one evening while on a roadtrip. The next town on our route was Poulsbo. Poulsbo Woodfire Pizza House had good reviews on TripAdvisor so we stopped. We are glad we did. The pizza was excellent. We will return for that reason alone. They also have a small assortment of craft beers and wine available. You order at the counter and they bring your pizza to the table. We arrived about a 1/2 hour before closing and it wasn't crowded as reported in other reviews. Service was good and we got our pizza fairly quickly. All in all a good experience. We will go out of our way to return; the pizza is that good!

Visited Poulsbo area for 2 weeks and went to Signo de Vino twice. I ordered the pancetta wrapped scallops with almond risotto and asparagus on both occasions. The scallops were perfectly cooked both times. The staff was friendly and attentive. Unlike true Italian, though, they only had regular coffee instead of espresso. Also, the cooks or chef in the kitchen was yelling and the whole restaurant heard it. He wasnât yelling to be mean, but rather to be heard. It happened twice that evening. It didnât ruin the meal but was kinda inappropriate. I would go back again for those scallops
