The pizza was the worse restaurant pizza I have ever tried. There was simply very very little topping. It was the Wednesday special, WEDNESDAY CANADIAN. There are 3 topping besides cheese. We ordered extra sauce. Every topping, cheese, sauce and all, was very scarce. Web order and it was ready on time for pick-up. NEVER BEFORE & NEVER AGAIN!

The last couple times I have ordered their pizza's I have not been disappointed. I find their crust is perfect and not very greasy. The portion sizes here are big. Ordered a three piece chicken dinner and it sure was fries galore. Chicken was yummy, only wish is is that chicken was more crispy.

It seems to me that THIS town's Panago has some "Bar" seating along the window. Personally I order for delivery and each time it's been the same as before. Delivery person are friendly and appreciate that I TIP the delivery person .. NOW.... in the future I will TIP as part of payment in order to ensure that all the staff get a "slice of the action" as I was told by that same person that they get paid per hour also.Although I was concerned, somewhat, that someone who doesn't like me might .. WELL, let's just say I've watched "Fight Club" (LOVE IT)OH.. On my own, I have a preference for a small .. what do they call it.. anyway it's got thin whole wheat crust (ONLY place I've found it that makes it so thin I"d compare it to a Roti).. STILL it holds up to the pineapple and ham I like about twice a year.

I I've tried all the pizza places in town but this is by far the best tasting. From the generous portions of toppings to the perfectly browned cheese it shows the people making our food love what they're doing! I've probably had 20 or more pizzas over the years from The Pizza Factory, never disappointed.

Stayed in Port alberni recently. It was late at night and I was hungry. After getting frustrated with one of the chain pizza restaurants online ordering, i started going through the phonebook calling all the pizza places. This place was the first that answered so i placed an order. Long story short..Great pizza great price...lots of toppings. Very good 5/5

Such a wonderful server we had! Our appetizer of cactus fries had a spicy kick to it. The cheese on the hamburgers as not melted to it. The Alfredo with shrimp was on the bland side, though the shrimp were deemed to be succulent. The vegetables with hummus were good served with a heap of crisp wedges (pizza crusts maybe?). A birthday celebration brownie was warm and tasty. The restaurant is family friendly. The attentive service was the highlight.Hi, there. Decided to try this family-style restaurant here, in Port Alberni. Good location, just north of downtown. Family photos on the wall, comfy seating and very friendly, accommodating waitstaff. The food, another story: The sweet potato fries were out of a bag. The Chipotle mayo was Chipotle miracle whip. My pizza, a Mediterranean style pie, came with one of the most tasteless crusts I've eaten (partially), in some time. I could not finish it. The sauce tasted like canned. The overall flavor was bland, and middling. No pop, no zing. It's a pity because with a proper dough , and a wood fired oven, this place could actually serve good pizza. If all you're looking for is a full stomach of very average , ITALO-CANADESE fare, by all means , stop in. If you're looking for authenticity, I don't think you'll find it here. Lefty's restaurant in Parksville, makes a far better . JMHO.

Dimitri's Pizza Steak & Field is the restaurant of the Redford Motel, where we stayed in Port Alberni, a little town in the Vancouver Island. We ordered two pizzas and we cath them to the our room. Pizzas were very big and good, so we enjoy with them.
