Their pizza oven was out so selection was limited. We went for Happy Hour then stayed for dinner. Salmon gravlax rolls were tasty but the cucumber was way too thickly sliced. Olives would have been better warm or room temp, not chilled. Donât shake those martinis, be gentle! Entree special was steak, nicely done but gristly. Braised short ribs fell off the bone but need a little extra thought on spices. Our first visit.

My family and I are dinner here twice. The food was great both times. I typically avoid ravioli dishes because Italian restaurants do not offer belly filling portions. Anthony's is the exception. All portions were filling. The cooks in the back are a jubilant bunch. Singing songs to the best of their ability, and clearly enjoying the night.

Love the beer variety and pizza at Old Chicago. Easy decision for late night dinner. Nothing special at this place, but I got the good pizza and beer I expected. The bartender was a bit distracted with the late-night local boys so my service dropped the rating. I did find that the late night specials are not as good in CO as they are back home in SD.

Hands down, this is the best pizza in Colorado! The crust is thin and crispy, the sauce is tangy, and the toppings are amazing. My family happens to love the Salami and Basil with a great glass of red wine. Yum!

My husband and I visit Longmont 2-3 times a year, and had been looking for a good pizza place. We love ultra-thin crust and we love interesting flavor combinations. Heâs happy with little to no cheese. I despise tomato sauce on my pizza and prefer pesto or just olive oil. And we both love a good salad. Protoâs fills the bill and then some!We discovered Protoâs back in November of 2018, and visited the Longmont location once on that trip. We came back twice in March of 2019. On all visits the freshness of the ingredients really shone through. We have three favorite pies. My husband loves the Tomato Pie (âProtoâs own red sauce, crushed Italian tomatoes, Kosher salt and oreganoâ). And no cheese! It is meant to be that way! First pizza place we have ever been to that there is a pizza menu choice in its natural state with no cheese! My Mom loves this one as well, with ham added to the mix.My two go-to pies are the Ruby Pie and the Pontiff Pie. The Ruby has pesto, rather than tomato sauce, mozzarella and feta cheese, Kalamata olives, and artichoke hearts. This is such a great pie â tart and salty and delicious. I thought the Ruby would be my go-to forever, but on our second visit to a Protoâs on our recent trip (Lafayette location) I tried the Pontiff, and I am so sold! The Pontiff, again, has no tomato sauce. But so many fresh flavors â olive oil, garlic, fresh spinach, roasted tomatoes (incredibly flavorful!), mozzarella and feta. Now I have the hardest time choosing.Dine in service has always been great, and calling ahead for pick up is a breeze. I know that weâll be wishing for Protoâs when we are back home in Florida â that crust is just perfect and the innovative toppings are wonderful.

Ordered a pizza for pickup, and was there when it was ready. Only had 2 blocks to go, and when we opened the box, the pizza was already lukewarm. Crust was hard to chew! Ingredients were sparce! For the price we paid (triple the cost of any other pizza place) we definitely did NOT get our money's worth! Won't be returning!

Grabbed dinner with some buddies after a tough cycling workout. Split meatballs and cheese curds for apps. Then split 2 pizzas. Throw in some interesting craft brews on tap. Great evening. Pizza crust was thin and nicely chewy. Staff were super friendly. I would definitely recommend!!

My review is based on takeout order of calzone tonight. Absolutely best ever had! I have never tasted better, fresher crust so have to assume pizzas are equally awesome. So, before you go to a fancier restaurant down the street, get a great meal at a fraction the price. Delicious! With a drive to Winot.
