We found this somewhat off-the-beaten path restaurant as we were wandering around in old Lubeck. It was welcoming, warm, and quiet, with garden and indoor seating. This restaurant does seem popular with the locals. The staff were proud that they only spoke German and Italian! We had one pizza (one size, large) and 2 proseccos and the bill came to â¬15 euros. Result!

Friendly bustling Italian in the centre of town with a big covered terrace and a smaller inside. The problem with the terrace is that smoking is allowed in what in reality is an enclosed area.Menu is typical Italian with the highlight being the fresh fish which is on show on the counter. Prices reasonable for the quality of the food. Service was pretty good for a busy evening. Bookings are a good idea.

We have just been at Ciao Ciao, and this was a great experience. The restaurant does look fairly ordinary from outside, but the food was very well-prepared, vegetables was supreme, and the rosè wine was well aligned with the food - this restaurant is worth trying, not a top restaurant, but more than above average

We found the place just by accident, but it was a genuine discovery. A very friendly staff found a table for us in an overcrowded room. We had just salads, pizzas, red house wine and espresso, but that all was a great Italian food we enjoyed very much - furthermore, the service was very quickly. We hope to return to "La Vigna" someday 8-)

We were able to order after a few minutes but waited 30 minutes - and then one dish was served. A slightly overcooked risotto. After a few minutes, our pizza arrived. And then after a few more, our drinks finally arrived. At this point, three separate waiters had realized that we hadnât gotten our drinks - but none of them fixed it. The pizza was large and good. The food here is absolutely wonderful. The pizza was outstanding. Their Bolognese is cooked for over 5 hours in the oven and top notch. Martina was a wonderful host and we will be eating here again before we head back home.

This place is amazing! We have got an incredible PIZZA and excellent wine and beer. The place is small buy cute and the restaurant owners are really taking care of their costumer. It seems to go for a dinner at friends house.
