Nous sommes allés le 25 Décembre 2016 , on s'attendait à une attente et un service plutôt lent dû qu'il n'y as pas beaucoup de resto ouvert le 25 Décembre le jour de Noël.Agréablement surpris on as téléphoner 20 minutes avant pour notre groupe, pas d'attente et un service extraordinaire de Mélissa une jeune et jolie serveuse d'expérience avec la complicité de d'autres tous aussi productives tout ça pour dire qu'ils font une équipe extraordinaire avec un excellent service sans oublier la qualité de leurs mets tous aussi bon les uns comme l'autre, en plus ils ont aussi un bar à salade et pâte. Bravo à toute l'équipe et il me fait un plaisir de.vous recommandez.Si vous avez aimez mes commentaires je vous demanderais si vous voulez bien me mettre un j'aime ⤠sur le bas de ce paragraphe. I've received bad service in the past. It happens. What we received here was beyond bad, it was atrocious! Our server kept disappearing, and when she would come around, she would smell of cigarettes. Got our food wrong, brought our appetizers LITERALLY less than 2 minutes before our main courses. Waited almost an hour for food to arrive, and it was not good. Clearly had been under a hot lamp, as my co-worker's sub was lukewarm, and his ceasar salad was hot. Our waitress couldn't be bothered to pay attention to us, and we were her only table. There are lots of places to eat in Granby, this should be last on your list!Thank you for having taken your time to review our restaurant. We appreciate valuable guest's feedback. Stopped in during a recent trip to granby. It Has been 4 years since we had a PH PIZZa.Friendly coopeative staff. Service quick,coffee was tasty.Great selection of pizza. And a Sunday brunch with nice selection.

We used to go to Sherbrooke sometimes just to eat at this place for the all-you-can-eat shrimp, so we thought it was cool that they were opening in town. We have been several times, the food is pretty much consistent, I would say it's more the service that is kind of hit-or-miss. It is all new staff, so I would say that has something to do with it. Great value, they've always got good specials. Pretty busy pretty much any day you stop by, so reserving is a good idea, however sometimes even when you reserve you might wait at the door 10 minutes or so.

The nacho appetizer came after our meal even after we asked many times about it. Some our our meals, like the lasagna was tasty. The canneloni and caesar salad were terrible. The price was ok. Service not so ok. The server pointed out to me where to write the tip on my receipt even after all the complaints we had she had the nerve to ask for a tip.

This is a family institution in Granby, Québec, Cda since,55 years. They have three restaurants in town at 3 strategic areas. We have gone to all 3 places and everything is very clean and runs like clock work. All their staff is very well trained at the order counter and are also very polite and rapid on home delivery calls. What else can I say but pick up your phone and order something, tel: 450- 372-7583 . Bond ooo Signing out.

I had a wonderful birthday dinner! The service was excellent, thank you to our waitress Claude! The atmosphere warm with the wood burning fire in the background. My spicy pizza, Cesar salade and lobster ravioli was fantastic. There was not a morsel left on our plates. A huge plus was there 1 dollar (yes one dollar) signature drinks for the 5-7pm Thursday happy hour that made for a fun time with cost savings. Thanks to the team at Robusto!Regards, Trudeau family
