Wife and I joined our son and daughter in law for dinner at Pizza Bell. This is their favorite pizza stop. We had salads before dinner (the salad bar is just average btw). We ordered a bacon garlic lovers pizza and their meat special. The garlic lovers comes with the white sauce while the standard meat special has their red marinara sauce. Both pizzas were simply great. The crust is a medium thickness crust and is very tasty. We sat in the patio which is shady and not as noisy as inside the restaurant. While we do not live in Elk Grove, I look forward to a return trip to Pizza Bell. You will not be disappointed.

The whole family (8 of us) stopped at Pizza Bell after a t-ball game today. Ordering was easy, fast and friendly..I think we just beat the crowd, because it became very busy right after we ordered (whew!). Four of us had salads from the salad bar, and we also shared some tasty bread twists stuffed with cheese.. We also had 4 pizzas: a large Mexican Fiesta, a large pepperoni and pineapple and two mini cheese pizza for the kids. Oh, and we also shared a couple pitchers of Stella Artois on draft and sodas for the kids. The pizzas arrived in a short time, still hot. I particularly enjoyed the pepperoni and pineapple pizza. Great meal!

I'm usually pretty picky about my pizza with about half of the big chains off my list as inedible. This place was not too bad I must say. You have to take it for what it is though, it's the pizza version of the Subway sandwich or Chipotle burrito. One of the big sellers for me is that I get my own pizza which did fill me up and I was pretty hungry at the time. I've spent years eating different pizza's that were not always my favorite topping wise simply because we were splitting it 2, 3, or 4 ways. This time I got what I wanted and that was nice for a change. Also they were cheap enough that getting two was basically the same price or less than getting 1 bigger one to split. The dough was surprisingly crispy and although the toppings could have used another 30 seconds in the oven in my opinion that could just be because of how hot they cook it leaving the outside nice and done while the inside is a little more juicy. Overall good food and convenient I'll be back here in the future.

In Old Elk Grove area, this pizza joint is a favorite among locals. With a good beer selection and really good pizza, mixed with some big screen tv's to watch games, you have got a winning combination. The large should easily feed 4. Pizza was a bit greasy for my liking, but tasty none the less. Smaller seating areas with one larger area which will host about 40 comfortably. I would recommend this place anytime for pizza lovers.

Stopped by to pick up a few pizzas for take out. Pepperoni, Hawaiian, Combination Meat. They were all excellent and seasoned perfectly. The crust was obviously fresh made, crispy on the bottom, and delicious. The toppings were generous and of excellent quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am impressed and will be back. Don't miss this local GEM for pizza.

The quality of Original Pete's pizzas once were outstanding when we started eating at their Sacramento location and now remain outstanding today thirty years or more later. Service is smooth and very quick, with staff knowing the history of their pizzas. (My personal recommendations are Sgt. Pepper's and original Hawaiian pizzas.) Beer and wine were good, with some well selected draft beers. Parking was ample. Seats include both booths and tables. Now there are several lines of other kinds of food in addition to pizzas, including a top-quality minestrone soup, plus salads, meat dishes and vegetarians dishes. The location is at the far west of Elk Grove, a fairly long drive from east or central Elk Grove, it's only problem..

We came here Sat. to celebrate family time. The 3 of us ladies and our Neice came here for lunch. We all ordered a variety of items from, Cajun pasta, spaghetti, and chicken carbonara. All dishes were delicious and large portions. We all needed to go boxes. We ordered dessert of the gators which was delicious as well. We have frequented here several times through the years and will continue to visit in future.
