Staff spoke about customers as if we weren't there, for us they forgot our order and never asked us what we ordered just left us standing until eventually we were the last order. A customer made a complaint and when she left the shop the workers starting moaning and insulting her. Also the same workers flirted with some of the girls asking for her age, number etc. Would NOT recommend. Food wasn't that good either.

Nipped in as we wanted to support a new local venture. The place only opened at the start of the week so it was quiet and there wasnât much atmosphere but the coffee was excellent, the service was first rate and the red velvet cake and banoffee pie out of this world. The menu looked really interesting and judging by the smells from the kitchen, it wonât be long before weâre back to sample proper food rather than just coffee and cake. The place has been painted throughout and is spotless. The lovely manager said itâs still a work in progress as sheâs not finished improving it yet. I really hope locals will rally round and support this venture- you will not be disappointed.

So we go for a quick pizza, however the restaurant has 2 people working on a Wednesday night - they tried their best.Ordered a Cheesy Bite and a stuffed crust pizza. I didnât realise that the Cheesy Bite pizza only came as a sharing pizza and cost £25 :-)Pizzas werenât great to be honest. The first slice tasted ok, but in the cold restaurant, they cooled quickly and lost their taste.

I came too this restaurant on 28/09/2019.we waited over an hour for our meals and when we got them the mushrooms were black and burnt.and the steak was just one big piece of fat on my plate.my brothers meal was the same.we are very disappointed with this.and personally i like Frankie & Bennys which i visit it a lot in wigan.but i wonât be going back too the one in Scotland anymore.very unsatisfied

I took my friend here yesterday for her birthday and what a disappointment first we both ordered starters which my friend was given hers when she was about finished I had to ask for mine the reply was oh did you order soup Iâll just get it for you once we were finished they cleared our plates in which time we waited 30 mins and still no sign of our main meal my friend went to the toilet and could see that the salad she had ordered was sitting and the chef was putting the fries onto the plate with his bare hands finally when my friend came back from the toilet we waited another 10 mins before going to the staff and saying we no longer wanted the food the staff told us it was just about ready but we knew it had been sitting so said no thank you we have waited long enough and would just pay for the food we had eaten they did apologize and told us we didnât have to pay but we certainly wonât be back it was really annoying that I was treating my friend to a birthday lunch and thought we we were going somewhere nice but how wrong was I. NONSENSE LORRAINERead this, then picture the person writing it. Thats what we are up against every now and again. The vast majority of our customers are fantastic but occasionally you get some really difficult ones. We do our best even in those circumstances but you're fighting a losing battle sometimes. As the saying goes...empty vessels make the most noise!

We came across this restaurant on a wet Sunday afternoon. It wasnt overly busy but the staff were very friendly and attentive. A mozzarella, tomato and basil panini with fries and a tuna panini went down well. A bottle of mineral water, a couple of small glasses of wine and two excellent espresso's brough the bill to about £30. The coffee was absolutely superb, its worth a trip just for that.

I recently visited Vito's for a meal with the boys. The staff are friendly and the service is good. I started with calamari and had tempura chicken with fries for main course; it was very good. The primitivo wine was first class but unfortunately they ran out of stock part way through the meal.
