This restaurant is our choice for take-out. It never disappoints. But this evening was for two couples who wanted Mexican to eat in and it just missed the mark. My mojito and the other three's margaritas seemed suitably strong - no problem there. Chips and salsa - okay. But the cheese dip arrived barely warm with a congealed skin on the top. Our carne asadas were requested medium rare; they came out mooing. They were lightly seasoned if at all with the sides of rice and beans also lukewarm and the same issue with the beans as the cheese dip. Other than the steaks it seemed as if everything was pre-plated. Strange. Overall I was kind of disappointed.

We ate here on a weekday and the service was excellent! Our first time there and the waiter gave us some excellent suggestions. I had a bowl and it was very tasty. The chips and salsa were very good. The margaritas were also very good! Iâve driven by many times and Iâm glad I stopped by. Definitely wonât be my last visit. It was a bit higher than the other neighborhood Mexican place but much better.

I have been critical of this Pure Taqueria in the past. Time to update my most recent review. Have been back to Pure Roswell 3 times since my last review and each visit has been much improved from the level of attentiveness to the timeliness of the food. We had a party when we went on a Friday night. There was a very short wait for a crowd of this size. Everyone in the group enjoyed their meal and margaritas. Prices was reasonable and portions were large. Our server did a good job taking care or us.

An authentic little Mexican joint where you order at the counter and they bring your food to you. Have have meat options like goat, a large salsa bar where you can pick your favorites, and the portions are always big. The California burrito is great. The fajita is a large portion of mean, but the steak can be overcooked and lacking veggies.

With all Tacos $2-$3 on Tuesdays this is a great place for lunch or dinner! The sangria swirl margarita is strong & a great twist on the classic margarita. The queso (always get the jalapeños) is delicious. Great service and bartenders. Definitely will be back!

Food was unique and good. Fusion concept was novel and well done. Fun dishes. Flavors were authentic, but didn't always work. Service was excellent. I will definitely go again, but might wait a while. This isn't the kind of place I'd want to go to all the time.

If you are looking for a place that serves good foot, decent taco's and where you are served quickly, this might be a good stop for you. We order either through take out or sit down about once a month. Good for a group from the office to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
