The food at Oasis was outstanding. They go the extra mile with special attention to spices that make a real difference. We both enjoyed our meals and would certainly return if we were in the area. Friendly staff and very reasonable prices - what more could you want?

I've eaten here at least a dozen times, mainly when I'm with other people and this is where they want to come. It never sparkles with cleanliness, service is generally marginal, food is OK, but nothing to brag about. It's run by a Hispanic family, but their Juevos Rancheros is the worst I've ever had. OK, tortilla, little beans, a fried egg with a scoop of canned salsa from New York City........ I ask about where's the Ranchera sauce, and I get the deer in the head light look. I've yet to get my steak even close to what I ask for. Every time I go, i'm reminded why I should not. Lot's of better places in town!!

When visiting this is the place to go for a south of the border experience without a passport. Guacamole is very good (get a large) along with chips.

We find ourselves drawn back here when were in the mood for Mexican food. Everything we have had is very good. It's a clean comfortable setting, all the staff is friendly and accommodating, and a good selection of cold beer. We have personally found it best to come during off hours to beat the crowds if possible.

Daily Smoked meats, tacos, sandwiches . Fresh made salsa and sauces daily, many specialty items.. Cod tacos!
Everything here is a large step above the average taco place. We both had cod tacos, delicious! Perfectly cooked fish, mango salsa, vinegar based coleslaw. The ranch beans are nicely seasoned and the slightly chipotle, spicy sauce on the rice was great. We totally enjoyed our meal and were very impressed with the quality and taste.Sorry for the delay in our response. We so appreciate your comments and are pleased that you enjoyed your meal. We hope to see you again.

My girls both blessed us with their presence and their families for their birthdays. They have always liked Casa Corona. A lot!We had a good time and thatâs important. It is a nice facility and has plenty of tables that can handle larger groups. Just as American cuisine has many regional derivatives, so to with Mexican food. So this is probably just my New Mexico spoiled taste buds.

Stopped by for lunch a few days ago. After a week in Texas at some famous restaurants, it was good to be home. Olveraâs made it better yet. This is simply a great Mexican restaurantâ not just for Ridgecrest, but anywhere. Nice people who always want to know if youâre enjoying your meal. I always do. The salsa is so good, I order some to take home. My favorites: chile rellenos, tacos, and chileqiles. Oh, and the salsa. Buy some for home. Eggs get up and dance!
