My hubby and I went on Friday evening about 5:45p, they were not busy. We were seated as the first people in a new opened section. Took the waitress forever to take our drink order. We ordered the 2 for $22. This has been great at other Chili's, not this Chili's. Besides slow service, we received our orders very cool to the touch. They asked me to cut into my steak to see if I approved. I thought it was too 'red'. The server said she would be back with a plate and they could make it a little more 'pink'. After waiting for her to after 7 mins, I ate the steak. The loaded mashed potatoes and green beans were cold. My husbands honey chipotle chicken tenders were smothered in sauce and cold. Never saw the server until the bill. We won't go back to this Chili's again.

Maybe it's not important to many, but restaurant cleanliness is a must for me and my family. I don't care how good the food is in any restaurant, if they cant sweep their floors or wipe the tables, we don't need to be give them our business. This place has good food, nice size portions, but the appearance is dirty. The floors looked like they had not been swept in 2 weeks. The first time we visited, the place was dirty, We liked the food enough to give it a second chance. Unfortunately, the appearance was the same. I asked the employee if I could have a rag to wipe the table, instead of saying cleaning it himself, he handed me the rag. We wont be eating here again. Overall, if you don't mind dirty floors or tables, the food is good.

Don Tequila Mexican Grill and Cantina provides authentic Mexican flavors food to the Monument, CO area.
Hadn't been back in awhile. New Management, was a little worried, but have some of our favorite familiar faces... New staff nice as well. Bar tender made some delicious drinks. Salsa was homemade and amazing. Green Chile was the best I've had in the Springs or Monument. Definitely a step up, and we actually liked the old management, too.

Arleneâs Beans never disappoints. Whether I get my go to meal, the enchilada bowl, or something different like soup it is so good. I love the family feel and they treat everyone so good!

Saw this on TripAdvisor, and decided wanted to try a margarita. So Cute, and yummy! The Cadillac Margarita, although expensive, was delicious. Not too sweet, and pretty darn big. Hubby loved the fact that they had Elephant Rock from Pike's Peak Brewery, and it was only $5!! We shared some chicken flautas, which were perfect!! Hubby can't wait to go back for the Mole... Not sure I'm a big fan, but there are many other things there that people were eating, that I'm sure I will enjoy!!

Service is excellent, especially outside during spring, summer and fall. We love the chimichangas, blue corn onion and cheese enchiladas, and of course the chips and salsa. Margaritas need improvement.... Otherwise, a great place to eat and enjoy old Monument!

We live in Monument, Colorado and the nearby small town of Palmer Lake has several small eclectic restaurants that we occasionally try. What a pleasant surprise when we went to La Rosa for a Sunday brunch. We learned from Marina, the proprietor, that they had been in business there for 6 years and we were just going there for the first time! It was by far the best Southwestern ( think Albuquerque or Santa Fe ) food we have had anywhere. Marina was very welcoming, friendly, unhurried and helpful as was our waitress. They started us with a newcomer tasting of four wonderful homemade sauces and chips. The Dos XXâs were super cold. Cloth napkins, nice and simple decor. I had possibly the best Pazole soup Iâve ever had just loaded with pork and hominy. ( my favorite ). My wife had great tacos with lots of trimmings, great chunky guacamole, whole pintos, terrific pan fried potatoes with onion, and sweet peppers. I had to help her finish! We agreed it was the very best Sunday brunch in memory. The bill was a pleasant surprise as well. Older building in need of some exterior improvement, but a perfect example of âDonât judge a book by itâs coverâ. We canât wait to go back with friends!Thank you so much for a wonderful review. We love making our food and service something that is memorable. It is such a joy for us to make your dining experience a good one. Thanks again!
