Excellent no-frills Mexican restaurant serving all of the classics to an amazingly diverse crowd. The chips and salsa are delicious as starters, and the platters are large and filling, whether you choose a burrito, tacos, enchiladas or other combos. The pulled chicken fillings and re-fried beans are delicious. My only quibble is over the margaritas, definitely big and refreshing but taste like a mix. Prices are very reasonable. Parking is good in the lot or on the side street next to the restaurant.

Truly authentic Mexican food. Everything on the menu comes out just like the pictures in the menu and tastes wonderful. The staff is prompt and knowledgeable of all menu items. The cheese dip is a must get appetizer. Pleasant atmosphere even when it's very busy. Great place for a family meal, hang with friends or business meetings.

There are tons of choices for Mexican food in Hendersonville. Rancho is our favorite sit down, full menu Mexican place in town. They offer all of the traditional dishes you expect to find at a typical Mexican joint as well as several authentic dishes from Mexico. We have enjoyed everything we've ever gotten here. Their salsa is amazing--it is fresh and made with roasted tomatoes. The service is usually always good and the food arrives quickly. They occasionally have a mariachi band playing. Highly recommend!

While visiting my daughter, who lives in Hendersonville, I wanted Mexican food for lunch. She took me here, saying it was the best Mexican restaurant she had found so far since moving there in December. I had the Burrito Supremo & she had the Nachosâ Guadalajara. Both were delicious!!I wish we had left room for dessert.....I would have loved to have tried their Fried Ice Cream.I do want to try other Mexican restaurants in the area, but this was a good start.
W had seen this place when we were driving by this area and wanted to give it a try. The lunch prices were excellent and the food was good and flavorful. We were seated promptly and food served quickly. The salsa was good and the only thing i found to complain about was that we musy have gotten the chips from the bottom of the bag because there were lots of tiny pieces of tortilla chips. The restaurant is very small inside as it used to be a Dairy Queen.

We've visited this Cinco De Mayo twice recently and absolutely love it. Easy to find, good atmosphere, quick seating, and excellent food have put this place at the top of my list for Mexican. The first time we visited on a Sunday evening we had friendly, impeccable service. This week the service was slow; our server seemed a bit unconcerned about bringing us another round of drinks and later, filling a to-go order. The house salsa is wonderful with the chips and we also enjoyed the cheese dip. But our favorite item is the Fajita Nachos Supreme with Grilled Chicken. Absolutely perfect! Worth the 10 mile drive! There is another Cinco De Mayo location nearby but I've heard it's not as good. I'm not risking it - I'm sticking with my new favorite place!

There is only one choice for Chuys in Nashville but there are 4 Chuys locations there.
We had a party of 10 wanting to eat before going to the Grand Ole Opry. We arrived at 5:00 and were promptly seated. Our server was personable and efficient. Since we were there during happy hour we enjoyed reduced prices on drinks and nacho fixings free. A number of different items were ordered by the group and everyone seemed pleased. Then we simply walked over to the Opry. Worked great!

We go often but it is the pitchers of Margaritas which draw us back. No top shelf tequila, but think "Two Buck Chuck" version of margaritas. Low price, but strong enough to 'feel' the tequila.Food isn't bad, but it really is your standard Tex-Mex fare. I.e., Lunches include "Speedy Gonzales", "Combo #1 == Chile Relleno combo", etc. The Huevos Rancheros and Huevos a al Mexicana are exceptional lunch deals however. Three eggs with plenty of rice, beans, pico de gallo, guacamole salad, heaping pile of pickled jalapeños, and tortillas. Way more than I can eat.Easily accessible to Hermitage and North Mount Juliet right at the top of the hill on Lebanon Rd (US 70).
