Fresh. Inspired. Creative. Cuisine. Thai Fusion Bistro The BEST Thai fusion restaurant in West Hills. Come in and be inspired.
We have eaten at the Thai Fusion Bistro on four or five occasions. Everything we have ordered has been excellent. Most notable is the fried calamari, which we order as an appetizer almost every time. The breading is always perfectly fluffy and crisp at the same time. The two sauces are innovative, light, slightly spicy and nuanced. The house Cabernet is very drinkable. The service is consistently attentive.

The food here is excellent and very reasonably priced. They have an extensive menu that caters to the various food requirements of my family perfectly. The staff are very friendly and greet us warmly. One waiter in particular always remembers our orders from previous meals which is lovely. It shows that they care. The atmosphere is particularly nice and they have plenty of outdoor seating to ensure you always have a spot. Adobe Cantina is a clear favourite for me in the area and I would recommend it to everyone.

Local Mexican grill with a bar. Quick service, decent food and good drinks. We have eaten here a few times and it is reliable and relatively quick. Good room for larger parties.
Been to this place twice for food and both Times has been great. My sister and brother in law took us here for a quick bite and it is perfect for southwest/Mexican staples. I had quesadillas which were amazing lots of fresh salsa to choose from to go with it.The restaurant itself is a small side of the road hole in the wall type of eatery, which makes it really great for casual eating and take out any time. Most highly recommend!

Sagebrush Cantina has been a legend in Calabasas, CA for over 40 years. Sagebrush offers Southwestern dining options, live entertainment, plenty of outdoor seating, and several TV's showing all your favorite games.
dined on patio, which was pleasant. server Jeimmy was ok. Side guacamole, caesar salad, rice, & beans were nothing special - even boring. The chili relleno tasted like dish soap - thought maybe mildewed but didn't see any. the El Mexicano Burrito was huge and good. many beers on tap. limited sauvignon blanc wine. Inside restaurant smelled like strong detergent. not sure we'll return, but if we do will definitely try something else.Sorry to hear you weren't overly impressed with your visit. We understand everyone has different taste preferences, and that's OK. We look forward to helping you find something that better suits your taste next time. -The Sagebrush Cantina
