Authentic Mexican food, as I know it to be, with my limited experience eating ârealâ Mexican food. Reminded me of the little out-of-the-way restaurants that my husband and I visited on our last trip to Mexico. Loved the bright flavor of the green enchiladas, and that everything wasnât covered in loads of fake cheese and sour cream. Service was excellent as well. Was pleasantly surprised due to the fact that itâs located in the plaza/mall , and has such a small kitchen. (Thereâs some magic going on in that kitchen!)

We finally made our way to We're Cuba. We stay at Costa Linda and after walking by numerous times, we read the specials from the board outside the restaurant and we made a commitment to return for dinner. The best decision of our 2 week stay. It was so delicious. I think we could have licked our plates. There was a major glitch that evening in the kitchen and our server was not up to par, but in the end the delicious food won us over. Due to the kitchen issue, we waited a very long time for our entrees, but we were never anxious because we enjoyed the live music from our restaurant as well as the music from Fusion across the way. I also love to people watch and being seated outside in a mall was great. Looking forward to retuning next June. Please do not remove your fabulous grouper/shrimp special. Thank you.

My wife and I just had an incredible dinner this evening at Delimar. She had a shrimp dish with cream-based Peruvian rice and I had beef tenderloin with vegetables, rice, and fries. We each tasted each other's dishes and both were fantastic. I was in Peru 6 months ago and it was every bit as good as the awesome food I had in Lima and Cursco. If you like Peruvian food then add this to your list or if you have never tried it then you have to go for the experience. Very reasonably priced and very good quality. The food was OK. Nothing amazingly tasteful... empanadas had much better somewhere else, the churrasco portion was small however tasty, the ensalada mixta was very good, drinks OK... we were having a good time up until a guy with an electric guitar started playing way too loud. we could not talk anymore because we could not hear each other at all. Total dissapointment. We left. We could still hear the music many blocks away!!!!!

Restaurant is in Paradise Beach Villas. A bit on the pricey side with interesting selections. Large portions that were too much for one sitting.
