The food here is fresh and authentic, and the prices are really good. Chicken or Beef Milanesa lightly breaded and fried with melted cheese on top. The appetizer combo is huge, and offers a little bit o everything. Ham croquettas, potato balls, friend pork chunks, and other tasty items. Fried whole red snapper, amazing. I have not yet tried their arroz con pollo that is made on Sundays I believe, as the two times I tried to order it they had already sold out.

El Rinconcito Colombiano has been a local staple for over a decade. This was the first Colombian restaurant in West Palm Beach. It started as a bakery and expanded throughout time. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is very good and consistent. It taste just like home cooking. Every time I am in West Palm this is a location I visit.

This restaurant has been in business for 25 years. We had vaca frita ($10.29) fricasede pollo ($9.59) and half cuban sandwich ($8.59) which are lunch specials. Cup of coffee ($2.99) and sweet plantains ($2.99). Soda ($2.90). Food was good as well as service. Restaurant is well decorated and clean. Parking is limited if the place is very busy. They have 24 hour window service.

For those who enjoy Latin Cuisine the majority of the restaurants that you find out there are Cuban Restaurants, followed by Colombian restaurants and of course you also have Peruvian, Argentinian and Brazilian restaurants as well but they are the minority. They are all good and share some common dishes with slight preparation differences. With regards to Puerto Rican restaurants they are few and far between and in my experience they are typically small, less than 50 person seating capacity. This restaurant has one of the most varied menu's that I've seen at a PR restaurant, this means that everyone should be able to find something they like, meat, poultry and fish dishes. For the most part if I had to compare with another Latin culture PR cooking is probably closest to Cuban cuisine, with, in my opinion, some improvements here and there. There is free parking in front, excellent service and as I mentioned a very comprehensive menu. We went there for a late lunch and it took about 25-30 minutes to prepare our food with basically no one ahead of us. We had a ton of appetizers and one main dish, fried pork chunks and plantains, everything was pretty good but I suspect it would have been better had we had eaten it fresh while there at the restaurant vs our case which was a take out that we ate 15-20 minutes later. Certain latin dishes do not lend themselves well for take out, for example tostones are not really re-heatable, breaded steak or pork chunks will dry up (lose their moisture) so lets be honest, nothing beats Chinese food for take out and that is why they are the kings of take out vs sit down places to eat. Everything we ordered (about 6 different items) was well packed and labeled. I will go back to try other dishes but I will probably eat onsite. You can check their menu online at their website (Isladelcoquirestaurant.com).

The food is always freshly prepared. The service that Blanca always gives is beyond expectations. She is personable and gives attention to all of the guests. This restaurant is very fortunate to have her for sure. Food presentation is outstanding! I highly recommend the homemade freshly made to order guacamole that comes in its own shell, delish! I've had the tacos, enchiladas, re fried beans and the rice. The rice is perfection. The atmosphere is lively, colorful and happy. Their prices are fair. Simply outstanding!

Went there for dinner not knowing what to expect and was so pleased with everything. It is located in a shopping center and might have driven by if it were not for Trip Advisor app in my phone. The staff if warm and professional and the variety of dishes is great. If you are not familiar with Latin food the waitress will take the time to explain any of the dishes to you. Special orders are easy and the whole experience was a pleasure.
