We have been going to Rosati's for years, and we don't get our pizza anywhere else in Oswego. The food is always great! We have also catered all of our parties with their beef, sausage, and chicken - outstanding!!!

We decided to celebrate two May birthdays for my husband and my sister-in-law at the Giordano's in Oswego, IL. We arrived around 4:20 pm so it wasn't very busy and we were seated right away. Our server was Carla and she did welcome us and wanted to take our drink orders but I advised that we had two more people that should be there shortly. When the other two members of our party arrived, we all ordered drinks and then we reviewed the menu. When the drinks arrived, we were ready to order and we ordered three separate medium pizza's so each couple had their own pizza. We chatted and finished our drinks and we kept looking around for Carla and it took awhile for her to return to our table as several people wanted a 2nd glass of wine. Carla finally re-appeared and got the 2nd round of drinks. After two drinks and talking & talking, we realized it had been a very long time and still no pizzas. Tables that arrived much later than we did had already received their pizzas and they were eating already. We kept looking around for Carla but didn't see her. Finally close to an hour and a half the pizzas arrived. There was confusion between two pizzas and Carla ended up switching two pizzas and in the end the two pizzas were given to the wrong people so they had to switch after they all ate slices. Also, we asked Carla to bring hot pepper flakes and extra marinara sauce and we waited & waited and nothing. My husband was boiling over because the food was hot and he wanted peppers on his pizza so he went over to the door to the kitchen and opened it up (which he shouldn't have done) but to his surprise he saw the wait staff with what appeared to be glasses of wine all shooting the breeze. He hollered that he would like the peppers & marinara sauce and then came back to the table. He apologized to everyone at our table as he was very embarrassed that he had to do this. I couldn't believe what my husband saw as I didn't think it is allowed to drink at work????? To say the least, we won't be going back to Giordano's anytime soon. We were very disappointed after spending quite a bit of money for what was suppose to be a nice birthday dinner with family.Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. It is disappointing to know about your experience dining at our Oswego location and we are looking into this very seriously, I would appreciate the opportunity to make things right. Please contact me at [email protected] with "Oswego TA" in the subject line at your convenience so that we can reach out to you directly. Sincerely, Ana

My husband and I haven't been to Olive Garden in over 6 months. We decided to dine in at this location late Friday evening around 9pm. We wanted to sit in the bar area and upon arriving were told that all th tables in that area were still dirty. At this time of the day was dissapointed to hear that considering how empty place was. Once seated on the other side I noticed right away that the place has aged considerably and in dire need of a makeover. Booth cushions were torn, silverware was old and tarnishing, carpet was dated and overall the decor was dull and uninviting. Then I looked at menu and right away noticed menu prices went up. Not cool especially since most items were pretty mediocre and unoriginal. They were as comparable if not equal to Biaggis in Naperville but at least at Biaggis, menu is far superior in options and the ambiance is the 100% better so when we need a pasta fix we will be going there from now on. Only thing going for Olive Garden is the unlimited salad and breadsticks. Unfortunately we were served stale breadsticks. My advice for this place is don't dine so late. Quality and care for customers and food seems to go downhill. I can understand the need for the staff to get a break from dinner crowd but then perhaps change the closing hours.

Lou Malnati's Pizzeria in Oswego, IL offers carryout, delivery (within zone), and catering.
Convenient take out location near home for family dinners. We prefer a thin crust pizza, so we opt for a thin crust, a cheese deep dish and a salad to share. I love their salad and they pack the toppings nicely on the side. Not my favorite pizza in Chicagoland, but still a good option in Oswego. The crust is yummy.Thank you for your review! We are happy to hear you enjoyed our thin crust pizza and salad. We would love to hear from you if you have any additional feedback. We look forward to serving you again soon!

True Naples pizza: thin cracker crust. Of course, I have to ask for that cracker crust, and they always do a good job. My favorite pizza is sausage and mushrooms, but I have also ordered the Hawaiian pizza with extra pineapple--delicious. Highly recommend!!

Rosati's is my wife and I's preferred Pizza place. Orders can be placed quick and pickup is easy and convenient. Cannot beat Rosati's pan pizza. It is fantastic. Have not eaten inside yet but it looks very nice inside with bar seating and TV's for the game. Would like to eat in sometime for a game. Drink specials are pretty reasonable as well.Have had thin crust, pan and deep dish from Rosati's and have not been disappointed. They know how to make a good pizza.

They served us the best pizza we have had in a long, long time. The sauce & seasoning are perfect. The ingredients are fresh & they do not scrimp on them. Also had the Antipasto Salad which is a very generous serving containing the freshest of ingredients. The atmosphere & is wonderful & the staff welcoming & friendly.
